This company is a disgrace. My friend was a tourist from London looking to go on an amazing experience. The racist bus driver kicked her off and left her at a random hotel in Mississauga when she boarded in Toronto. She was stranded and upset. She Paid for the best tier experience and was treated horrendously, discriminated against.
The whole trip was well planned and we had a wonderful time. JD was an incredible guide and took care of everything. He made sure we had our tickets and got to our excursions efficiently. I would highly recommend this tour and if you get JD as your guide it will be even better!

This was a fantastic excursion and well worth the money! Niagara Falls is absolutely breathtaking, and our tour guide and driver, Blue Jay Jeff, was excellent. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his knowledge and great personality. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this company and this experience to anyone visiting the area.

Never let anyone tell you that you shouldn’t go to Niagra Falls when you visit Toronto! Mind blowing experience, made better by the information and guidance from our guide ‘The Captain’(Michael), and the smooth driving of Vito. Anyone who decides to take the trip, try and book with Queens tours, you will not regret it

It was a very well organized trip and expirience! Us and our 11 year old son had great time and enjoyed the falls and all the activities, especially don’t miss the boat ride- it was the best!! Our pick up and drop off was very comfortable and right on time and the tour guide Marianne was very nice, funny and had a lot of interesting stories to tell us! Thank you!

We had an amazing day, Michael the Captain made it special as he was knowledgeable and gave us loads of holiday tips. The tour itself is well planned and timed and we had lots of free time at the stops. Michael took us on an extra sightseeing area as we had made such good time. It was a very fun day, Michael has a great personality and everyone warmed to him immediately. The falls are spectacular and the tour is really good value for money.
I came to Toronto for a solo birthday trip and had the best day with “The Captain” and other guest!! I was able to do the boat tour and Journey Behind the Falls. If you have the chance to chance to visit Niagara Falls do it!!
