This was a nice trip and a very good way to spend a relaxing couple of hours away from the noise of the city. The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about birds and wildlife in general.
Praneeth is a warm and welcoming host with an awesome ability to sight birds and wildlife. We saw tons of birds, lizards and monkeys due to his guidance. Highly recommend this boat ride for anyone who enjoys nature, a sharp contrast to all the city life we saw in Colombo and Mumbai. Excellent communication by What’s App. A memorable experience on the water. When we exited the gate from our cruise port a tuk tuk driver had our name. Bring a tip for the driver. Highly recommend.
Very flexible organizer: we got taken a wrong tuk-tuk, which brought us to a cage in Negombo, but after contact with the driver he came and picked us up and two g us about 35 minutes out and south of Negombo, where our bpdriver and guide patiently waited. We saw several bird species and some varans, but unfortunately not monkeys and the Kingfisher bird
This experience is an absolute must do for nature lovers. Get up close & personal with a wildlife, monkeys, huge variety of birds, learn about the different vegetation. The boat trip is beyond relaxing, very therapeutic. Thankyou
It is a boat safari tour, but there is spot sightseeing. The fish massage experience was good. They served us mango juice after boarding. If it is Rs 10,000, it is a tourist destination price.
Many species of birds (4 species of Kingfishers, bald eagle), monkeys, dragons and flying fish seen and beautiful route through the Dutch canal and lagoon.
Really good experience. We saw monkeys, three types of kingfisher, the largest sea eagle of Sri Lanka and many other birds. Our guide was fantasti annd knowledgeable and provided us with fresh coconuts and bananas too!
Amazing experience even if we were not in high season. The activity was great with two small children it was really worth it.
From pushing off with our 'captain' through the canals we were treated to amazing mangroves, bird life, reptiles and jumping fish. We photographed a rarely seen white Kingfisher, white bellied sea eagle and a large purple heron. We were treated to fresh watermelon and king coconut. Watching a group of monkeys enjoy their bananas was comical. Thankyou and highly recommended.
A tranquil and very enjoyably experience witnessing the natural beauty of the wetlands. During our boat ride we saw numerous birds including a variety of king fishers, herons, a lapwing and a kite. Additionally we were fortunate to see a baby crocodile. A wonderful trip and would certainly highly recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in nature or seeking some tranquility.
