This experience is phenomenal! Be prepared to get wet, wear proper bug repellent and play with comb jellies! This was an amazing experience and I will recommend this to everyone! Capt. Michael was the best!

We went on the bioluminescence kayak tour last night at 9pm with Jeff and our family of 4 had a blast. It is so cool and trippy to see the water light up. Jeff was very calm and a great jokester dropping funny one liners all night he was knowledgeable at the same time. He taught us why the red mangroves are an important asset to Florida coastline and took us to some spots with lots of fish jumping out of the water. Come prepared with a long sleeved swim shirt and possibly pants to avoid the bugs but Jeff did provide a good bug repellent for everyone to use. I definitely recommend this tour!

This was so worth the money!! So pretty!! Our tour guide, Jeff, was amazing! Really funny and knew what he was talking about. This experience was unexplainable, so cool! Bring bug spray!

Jeff was excellent guide!! Very cool bioluminescence, lots of glowing in the water, lots of fish! At the end, a dolphin decided to circle us, that was really neat too!! I recommend wearing loose clothing, with long sleeves and long pants that can get wet. Will keep the mosquitoes off you better.

originally booked reg. kayaks then canceled & booked clear bottom kayaks. they texted me for the old booking for regular kayaks on the meeting spot even tho that was canceled for over 2 weeks. sent me wrong meeting spot the night b4 our tour. we were waitin since 9:40pm for our 10:30pm tour. gentleman called asked where we were we told him by the cocoa kayak tour cuz there was a mans truck with sign for business. called again saying we can’t find u & that were in the wrong spot. i got the meeting point the night before. only one text. never got another meeting point for the clear bottom kayak. well it’s my fault i missed the tour apparently & won’t be receiving a refund for 3 adults.
Aloha Mya!, This is the email that was sent to your booking in response; with recorded documentation to show proof. You booked through a third party, then rebooked to another tour with us at a different location. When booking through third party, texts and emails connected are between you and the third party booking. We explained this in the email and through phone.; Email sent from the company in your email response to missing your tour; Hey Mya! Thank you for the information. We are sorry to have missed you on your guided tour. Our receptionist did try and confirm the address; which after looking at the conversation was told you had on hand. Your original booking was booked through a third party booking system. Then with the booking was rebooked to a desired tour for your lovely group to the Clearbottom kayaks. Attached is the rebooking email provided with the new address from the company. Attached is the confirmations. The old address shown in your email; again is from your original booking through the third party system, which is not associated with us, as they are a third party. At best, since our guide had to head out, we can offer credit up to 1 year towards a future tour. Other then that, the third party that group booked with has a strict no cancellation policy that we have to abide by. You can try contacting the third party company you booked with, as they have your funds if desired. Our guide Michael was waiting on site when we attempted to confirm address tonight. We have already paid our guide out for the night for all customer on the tour as they have worked hard for the tour. Please let us know if you have any further questions. ❤️ (We confirmed many times, that your tour would be moved to a new location. It is up to the customer to throughly read their email to ensure they go to the correct location. We are not at fault here. We went out of our way; with a recorded phone call which states the customer, you, were at Kiwanis Island park. The guide also called and was pushed to voicemail as well. We can only do as much as the customer allows. In addition we never stated that you could not have a refund, as the email shows, but could optionally go through the third party booking system that has your funds. We do not appreciate this review as we believe it is inaccurate and disrespectful.)
This was a very cool experience! Jeff was a very knowledgeable and fun tour guide! My kids loved it and I would 100% recommend to anyone! Thanks for the lifelong memory. *Make sure to bring good bug spray!*

Absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed it. Something we have always wanted to do. A once in a lifetime experience!!! All of us loved it. We have a 15 year old and a 10 year old. They both really enjoyed it!
Now that’s the kind of family adventure we love to hear about! So awesome that you all got to cross this glowing experience off the bucket list and even better that the kids were just as into it.
