Hello Anour Tour team! With respect to you Wiedemann family, in September we travelled to Bukhara and Samarkand, thanks to you we saw the beauty of Uzbekistan, professional guides introduced us to ancient history and culture , delicious cuisine and of course hospitality of people. Staying in hotels left the best memories. It is my great pleasure to thank everyone who organized this unforgettable journey, all of you good and prosperous!!!
Thank you for your wonderful review! 🙏 We look forward to welcoming you to Uzbekistan again!
I came in Uzbekistan for documents with my mom that came from Russia. We had two 3 days windows during our stay and Narina helped us book trip to Samarkand and trip to Buhara. Both tours very absolutely amazing. First of all Narina arranged them on very short notice from us and provided well prepared tours, schedule, tickets, taxi, guide, basically everything!!! Secondly, both cities with deep beautiful history were presented by extremely knowledgeable, entering, and interactive guides that were able to speak English and Russian and thru history, architecture, art, literature, science, cuisine, people we met allowed us to dive into Samarkand and Buhara. Finally, both: my mom and I , were feeling very welcomed, safe and cared during our tours. It was truly amazing unique experience that we were able to get because of level of service provided to us. Life time memories were created, charished, and shared with our friends at home countries.
This was a fantastic organized tour to a distant strange land for a no-nonsense middle aged solo traveler. Everything from airport pickup, to hotel check in, guided tours in three different cities, and finally airport drop off, vehicles and drivers, plus the ready responsiveness of Khabiba my central planner from initial contact two months in advance to post-tour communication was impeccable. You can’t go wrong using this company for your Uzbekistan trip.
A great way to see these two amazing cities in one trip. I found the Uzbekistan railway site hard to navigate: the tour company took care of my train and hotel bookings and the driver handed me a packet with all the tickets when they picked me up from my hotel in Tashkent. Ask for guides Laziz in Samarkand and Feruza in Bukhara. They were both great and tailored the tour to fit my interests while covering all the fascinating facts about these places. The only point of improvement would be it would be nice to have the full itinerary before the day of. Everything was handled easily, but I did not know when my follow on train trips were or what hotel I was staying at until the day of.
The whole tour was well organized and spaced very well. We travelled as a family, and we were picked up from airports and railway stations perfectly. The tour guide was very good. Guide was very informative and explained each monument with history and dates perfectly and also helped in taking photos, which made my daughter very happy. We visited both Bhukara and Samarkand. Both of these places have a lot to see and explore. All guides who accompanied us on our tour were on time and very pleasing. I will recommend their service for my friends as well.
I am so happy that I chose Anur tour for my Uzbekistan tour, they are very professional and their guides in each city are very knowledgeable and well spoken, the drivers were all very nice.
This was an excellently organized tour by Anur Tours. I found them to be extremely responsive and particular about details. Thank you Mrs. Aynur for walking the extra mile to ensure everything was in place- train tickets, sightseeing bookings, hotel, pickups and guides. I can't help but contrast this experience with the utter fiasco created by a competitor company with whom we had booked what would have been a tour to Khiva, but never happened because of their ineptitude in booking tickets, though we'd paid up a month in advance. Can't say enough about the guides we had - Irena in Samarkand and Feruza in Bukhara. They made sure we had an extremely informative, engaging and enjoyable experience. Both Samarkand and Bukhara are must-dos, and doing them like this not only helped us optimize time, expense and effort but has left us with beautiful memories. Highly recommend Anur Tours!

Unfortunately, when we went to Samarkand, the Registan Square, which should be the highlight of the trip, was closed, due to a ln international music festival! We could not enter the Registan square. Also the old bazzar was also closed, since it is closed on Monday! The tour company should have told us about this in advance, and could have arranged us to visit Bukhara first and Samarkand on the second day. We are very disappointed with not being able to get into the most famous Registan square in Samarkand. On the positive side, the tour guides in Samarkand and Bukhara are very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the history and sites, took pictures for us, and tried to help us. In particular, the guide in Bukhara also went above and beyond to take us to the sites that were not included in the program even though the tour company agreed to include when I asked. The pick up was on time, and the drivers and the vehicles are good. The hotel in Bukhara is centrally located. Both cities are beautiful and impressive.
Our trip was wonderful. Beautifully organized Vacation Package with a competent guide in Samarkand. Our Guide, Charose, met us at the train station. At first sight, she made her welcome! She has a good command of the language and knows the history of the city and its attractions. Despite the impossibility of getting to the main jewel of the city -Registan(t to host these days the international festival Shark taronasi) , Charoz tried to show from the best point and compensate for this moment Comfortable transport I'd love to walk around town with her again and of course I recommend it!
