Corso Umberto é a rua principal de Taormina
A Piazza Duomo está situada no centro histórico de Taormina e é o ponto de encontro de onde começa a visita da Corso Umberto I, a rua principal.
A fonte é construída em estilo barroco e leva o seu nome "4 fontes" das quatro pequenas colunas que estão localizadas nos quatro cantos do corpo central e que são encimadas por quatro cavalos marinhos de cuja boca veio a água que terminou nas bandejas abaixo .
O Palazzo Ciampoli era uma imponente residência em estilo catalão.
A Fortaleza da Catedral, como foi definida a Catedral de Taormina, foi construída por volta de 1400 nas ruínas de uma pequena igreja da Idade Média e dedicada a San Nicola di Bari.
Juntamente com a terceira parede, cujos vestígios ainda são visíveis do lado direito até o castelo, delimitou a parte da cidade definida como "vila do século XV".
A Piazza IX Aprile é a mais elegante "sala de estar" de Taormina. Característica são os bares ao ar livre e artistas que pintam retratos e paisagens.
Esta igreja está situada perto da Torre dell'orologio, com vista para a IX praça de Abril.
A igreja nasce sobre as ruínas do Odeon, construída também sobre as ruínas de um teatro grego dedicado a Afrodite

We had a wonderful tour with Serena as our guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Our driver amazing maneuvering those crazy narrow and winding roads! We would recommend this tour to those coming off cruise ships for the day.
Stress free meet, greet and immediately picked up from gate 5 at the cruise terminal. Claudio, a very friendly and knowledgeable guide looked after us well and gave us enough commentary along the way to each destinations. He takes you to all the best photographic spots with enough time to relax in each destination. Book the extra visit to the ancient open air theatre (14 euros each) and Claudio will treat you to an opera performance that echos through the theatre- he was fantastic and received much applause from other tourists. You’ll arrive back at the port 1.5 hours before sail away, so enough time to visit the city centre before you disembark.
Great tour guide in Marialeta. My only complaint is when the bus dropped us off a mile away from our ship and we had to suffer a long hot walk back to the ship. Why can’t the bus get us closer to the ship?
If you want a stress free trip where you can trust the company, this is it. I booked this with my wife and one year old and could not have been happier. I had many logistical questions out of concerns that I was traveling with a one year old. They answered everything immediately. They messaged me through WhatsApp and on the app, the communicated clearly. Upon arrival to my cruise port they were waiting right on the dock and clearly identifiable with my last name on paper. We were ushered to our air conditioned van with comfortable seating and our guide Sabrina and driver Giacomo were excellent. Book this trip. Great company, great excursion, great guides, great communication.

What a great tour! One of the best organized tours we’ve taken in Europe. Our guide, Sara, is a natural and loves Sicily. She had so much knowledge to share about the sites we were seeing. This is a great taste of Sicily. There is a great balance between tour and free time. If you are on a cruise and have a short time in Sicily, this is your tour!
This tour was probably more than I thought. First, you have the beautiful scenery and roads. The two cities, where I should say towns clinging to hills, were both individual and beautiful. Our tour guide, Katia, was exceptional. She explained many things that we would’ve completely missed. It was an easy tour, so don’t be afraid to take it. There is some driving, but it went fast, especially with your eyes shut (lol). Great driver and very nice small bus. We really enjoyed this.
