The whole experience had me feeling like a Disney Princess. Elvis (photographer) and Renata (assistant) were absolutely phenomenal. They knew how to get the best poses and looks, and helped me every step of the way. True professionals!!! You will not be sorry if you book this!!! And you’ll have amazing photos you will cherish forever!!!

Know that The activity provider/photographer shop is in Santorini. If you are booking from the United states, there is also a time difference. When we first booked our photo shoot, The Viator app only gave us two options for The photographer shop to pick us up at it is different from what the posting says that they will pick you up at a hotel in my case we came in from a cruise ship and it was very difficult to select a location that Viator had given us when we did not know about those two different locations.. the day of our photo shoot we finally made it to Santorini. Then the next hurdle was how to communicate with them and at this point hire a taxi because we could not get a location pick up from Viator even though they put two locations that were unknown to us. After we finally got a taxi after three tries trying to call the photo shoot OFFICE the taxi, which spoke Greek finally was able to get a location from there shop so that he could take us there. After we got there, the host(Catia) and girls were very friendly. They offered us water. There was a restroom on site and a lot of accessories that we can use like a tiara wrist, bangles, and the dresses of course there was no problem … note they also had my size and I am a size 2X …once we were there and I got dressed, put my own makeup on did my own hair. We were then told that we would be going to the photo shoot and we walked out the door. It’s just minutes walk from their shop where the photo shoots take place. The scenery is spectacular. The photographer was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what poses to asked for and they had an assistant that went with us to help with dress and the positioning for the pictures. At one time, her assistant took a video of myself in slow motion because it’s part of the package that we get a video and she showed it to me and it was just amazing. I couldn’t wait to get that video and you have to wait I believe a certain amount of days before they sent you the pictures for you to choose from and then you have one year to select the pictures and send it to them. Just follow the instructions on there posting. After we finished our vacation, we got home. I got the pictures that were taken and they were beautiful. The scenery is unimaginable spectacular. It’s just stunning. I selected the pictures that I wanted to keep or modify 30 pictures and submit it. I believe within three weeks after I got home from vacation and they touched up the pictures and they were even more spectacular. Their editor is really good and professional. It just takes time but they do get back to you. I also asked Catia for the video that the assistant to the photographer took for me the day of the shoot for the Pictures and I had been asking her every time I communicated with her. Where is the video? Where is the video? Where is the video? She never responded to my question. It wasn’t until the last touchups that I submitted for the pictures that I asked her for the video. She responded that they don’t know where the video is and they cannot find the video so that is my only gripe. They were pretty good about everything when you email them, they sometimes do not answer right away. I do have to email two or three times before they respond back to me however, I was a little bit upset that the video was lost and I had kept asking for the video since I first communicated with them three weeks so that they do not erase the video now they cannot find the video. My suggestion is if they are going to take a video of you please use your own cell phone. Do not have them take it because now you risk the issue of getting your video Lost. I have hopes that they find it. It’s been a month since this happened. My photo shoot was on June 1 at 4:30 PM 2026.Also get their contact number in case you too have to use a Taxi.

My experience was AMAZING from beginning to end! The photographer and her assistant were patient and so very helpful, especially with helping me pose! I definitely recommend this company!!

I had a wonderful experience. From the driver who picked us up, the assistant that helped me pick my dress and dressed me to the absolutely fabulous photographer. I was wonderful. I’ve never felt so beautiful. I would encourage everyone to book this experience.

From the transportation to the photo shoot, it was excellent service. The communication was very detailed and excellent. Everything I wanted and more. I would do it again.

Catia and her team were absolutely amazing. They added special things to make the moment enjoyable and assisted my daughter with poses. This team is amazing.

So the experience is great. The photographer was nice. The driver was good. They bought us Water overall FIVE STAR experience. I recommend this excursion to anyone.
