The only thing missing- toilets on the bus- so be prepared- it takes a little over an hour to get there. The whole boat and show combo felt a bit rushed. The best part was our driver, German ( that’s his name). He was very kind and made sure we all were taken care of. Still great fun for the kids though!

No crocodiles... a presentation facing a post... nature cannot be controlled, but we could have a presentation with visible crocodiles... overall, meh.
First of all, this trip is NOT inside the Everglades National Park. The airboat guide was friendly but warned early on that we may not see alligators as this is not exactly the time of the year. He took us down the sawgrass area, but we saw very few wildlife worth photographs. The presentation at the wildlife exhibit area was cancelled after few minutes, with thunderstorm coming, and only metal benches in the presentation area. We were told that we can contact our tour operator for partial credit due to the cancellation.
Came with my family had a very nice trip done one of the other tours and had the same bus driver ironically. Ariel is his name and we loved him the first time we had him and same for this time. Hope we get him everytime. We will be back with more family and friends.
Awful experience , the bus arrived so late to the activity almost closing time and cut up our excursions time we did not experience or attend alligator show due to time airboat broke up in the middle of the swamp. And we were sitting there in the middle of the heat, waiting for someone to get us out of there.We did not see any alligators.

Truly enjoyable experience. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this to all ages.

Overall, disapointing. No crocs, little time on the boat, the area covered is not what we expected- very bland in general and nothing exciting

Our tour started the minute we got in the bus. Our tourguide Ronet Blanc was truly amazing. Loads of humor, he was friendly and he showed us all the big Miami places. The excursion was nice. The Airboat was fun and we saw a big alligator! We got enough time to explore the exhibits and we got a free photo. Ronet made sure that everyone got his photo and even on the way back he made jokes.
