The Blue lagoon was amazing. The getting there could have been a lot better. We were on a cruise with limited WiFi. I tried rumors times to find out our pick up location with no luck. We finally just took a cab for $37 to the BSI. Bus station. And the same problem getting back to the cruise port. Luckily the bus driver went out of his way to get us there.
The waters were warm and inviting, atmosphere was magical, and we left feeling refreshed and revitalized!!

We discovered there was no way to get back to the city from 2 pm until 4 pm. The tour did not provide any transportation in those 2 hours nor did Blue Lagoon, Person I spoke to said he did not think it should have happened -- but it did. We just missed the 2 pm bus and took taxi back to town. There was no shampoo or body wash in the mens showers. The experience was really nice, but for the price -- Blue Lagoon should be more on their toes. You asked for a rating -- I would say Average. I wish I had chosen another Lagoon

It is very good for the first time traveler to Iceland to experience the hot water spa, however it is not a very cozy and relaxing place.
It was a wonderful experience for all six of our family. From an 18 year old up to a 78 year old, we all enjoyed it immensely. We felt refreshed and invigorated.
It’s very hard to find the puck up bus. Instruction was not clear. There should be a sign on the pick up place for Reykjavic Excursions or Viator
Great family friendly activity. Traveling with 2 children isn't always easy but everyone there was so helpful and definitely will go back next time were in Iceland. Gorgeous and clean.
Clean and fun and I would go again. Even the drink was tasty and there was a good variety to chose from
Wonderful must do trip while in Iceland! It lived up to the hype and was a truly unique experience. We enjoyed this half day trip. We did have a bit of an irritating part with the bus driver at the bus station. The van driver from the church was fine, but when we got to the bus station the driver was rude and gave us a hard time for not having a ticket with a QR code. We were never given a ticket with a QR code. We had our viator ticket with bar code and all of the details of the trip to include the provider name - Reykjavík Excursions. We had a Victor ticket for 6 people - just rude.

Convenient with hotel pick up and drop off! Blue lagoon was amazing and there were multiple pick up times so you can stay as long as you want.
