We did the Dolphin Cruise, it was a lot of fun, we saw several dolphins swimming around us. Got to feed seagulls. The captain was great! Would love to do this again

It was a great cruise. We chose the sunset cruise. Even though the sea was choppy because of the weather that came through this morning, the captain made everyone feel safe. He is very experienced. He wanted to make sure the trip was worth our time and money. He took great care to navigate to the dolphins and knew right where they were. We saw lots of dolphins and had a wonderful time. Very enjoyable. You will enjoy this cruise.

Cancelled our trip due to low bookings 3 hours before we were set to depart. Kids were extremely disappointed. Don’t let this happen to your family.
Hi Ben, we sent a cancellation notice three hours before departure, with the option to receive a refund or reschedule included in the notice. Low-passenger cancellations are uncommon, but disclosed as a possibility both on our website and in our booking terms. Our guest services team also spoke with you by phone to offer to move you to our next cruise the same day, or to any other day that worked for your family. You declined these options in favor of a full refund, which we provided right away. The way our team was treated, including repeated profanity by phone and by email, does not reflect the family-friendly values of our business. For that reason, you will not be welcome to book with us again.
Awesome experience. Great captain and awesome crew. Drinks and snacks available on board. My little one loved being able to feed the seguals from the boat. 100/10.
