Panoramic Train
Lovely views but train was not so panoramic. Large windows but not on top of train to look up. Only got about 30 minutes for shopping, food,etc.. 9 hour tour but felt rushed at viewing sites. Our guide was awesome and poined out great sites. Spent alot of time on train.

Tour is way over priced...
Tour is way over priced for what we received. Guide was OK but it was mostly a train ride. Interlocken was a walk between train stations and an hour to shop. After finding out what train tickets were priced cost of over $800 for two was just wrong

This tour is one of the most affordable train tours of its kind. The price includes train transportation for the full day, seat reservations, two guided explorations in small groups, and the commission that you pay when booking through a 3rd-party platform. You mentioned to the guide that you were expecting snacks and visits to other sites, but these are not advertised in any moment. We always recommend carefully reviewing the tour description to make sure it matches your expectations before booking. You spent around 2.5 hours in Lucerne and 1.5 hours in Interlaken, which provides sufficient time to explore the main highlights of both places. We’re sorry the tour did not meet your expectations, but we believe the experience provided was in line with what is advertised.

Relaxing, yet not boring....
Relaxing, yet not boring. The scenery on the panoramic train was spectacular. Our guide, Nico, was the best. He really gave it his all and wanted each person in his group to feel seen. I enjoyed the free time in each town.

A very good experience, ...
A very good experience, though we felt that one hour was too short in Interlaken. However, our guide Nico was extremely helpful and helped us plan our return ourselves on a later train. I feel had the return train timings been on the next direct train at 18:04pm this experience would have been flawless. Once again Nico was absolutely great. A good group and a good experience!!

This is a great way to see Lucerne and Interlaken Our guide Julianna was so knowledgeable and friendly so she did a great job as our tour guide Lucerne was the prettiest city I have ever been to
