• Deixe-nos levá-lo a uma verdadeira plantação de café, experimentar e ver como está a técnica de produção deste importante grão. Mais tarde iremos a um dos lugares mais visitados da Costa Rica (Jardins da Cachoeira La Paz). A cachoeira está localizada ao lado da estrada de Alajuela que leva às planícies do norte da Costa Rica. O Rio La Paz forma a cachoeira depois de atravessar 8 quilômetros (5 mi) de terreno vulcânico e depois continua pela floresta tropical do lado leste do Vulcão Poás. Um pequeno caminho leva atrás da cachoeira, onde existia um pequeno santuário. Rio acima da cachoeira fica o Jardim da Cachoeira La Paz, um parque onde os visitantes podem observar diversas espécies da vida selvagem local.

Itinerário
Após a excursão do café, continuaremos ao La Paz Water Fall Garden para um delicioso almoço e passeio. Ao chegarmos a La Paz, faremos uma caminhada por uma trilha que leva a uma espetacular cachoeira no meio da floresta tropical. Dentro do parque visitaremos também a galeria do colibri, o serpentário, a casa dos pássaros, o jardim das borboletas e a exposição do sapo. A exposição dos gatos selvagens é outra atração do Jardim das Cachoeiras de La Paz. Os gatos selvagens ficam em cativeiro porque não podem ser soltos de volta na natureza - a maioria deles era velha, estava ferida ou ficou exposta aos humanos por muito tempo. Durante o passeio, você poderá observá-los e aprender muito sobre as espécies de felinos da Costa Rica.

Excellent experience. Nelson is a great guide who seeks the best for the clients, prioritizing comfort and maximizing the tour. In my case, he was even a photographer. The tour itself is lovely; I was lucky to go in May when there weren't so many people. The estate and the park are wonderful; I hope to return with my family in the future. However, being a woman and traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe the entire time. I highly recommend it.

The tour and guide was excellent But, THEY STOPPED AT A SHOP (strawberry shop) We were encouraged to support the locals so we purchased three bottles of the rum pineapple. They packed it and told us IF WE DO NOT OPEN IT we can take it on the flight with us. That was bad information at the airport they took all three boxed bottles a waste of money. If we had known we would not be able to take it with us, we could have at least enjoyed a little of it at the hotel. We were advised by the guide and the shop operators. That we could fly with it. DO NOT MISS LEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THAT MAKES YOUR COMPANY LOOK BAD. We spent $100. USD THAT WENT TO THE GARBAGE.
We sincerely apologize for the incident you experienced at the airport with the bottles purchased during your tour. We completely understand your frustration regarding the loss of your money and the disappointment this caused at the end of your trip. We would like to clarify that the information provided by our guide and the shop is correct in the sense that it is permitted to fly with liquor bottles, provided they are transported in your checked luggage (the bags that go in the airplane's cargo hold). Unfortunately, international airport security regulations prohibit carrying containers with more than 100 ml of liquid in carry on bags or backpacks, regardless of whether they are unopened or sealed. Our intention is never to mislead our customers for financial gain; on the contrary, we genuinely promote supporting local businesses. We deeply regret that there wasn't enough emphasis on the fact that these bottles had to be placed in your checked suitcase. Thank you!
Our guide Harlem has made our day trip an unforgettable experience. We were lucky and got a private tour just for our family. Harlem has imparted a lot of knowledge and looked after us with a lot of joy and fun. My highlights were the proximity to toucans, hummingbirds and butterflies. Likewise, the waterfalls were a dream, as you could stand right next to the rushing water. I highly recommend this trip for a stay in San Jose.

We stayed a day in San Jose as we had an early flight the next day to LA we didn’t think we do that much to do here So we booked this excursion and it was fantastic We had a great tour of how coffee is made, and the waterfalls and preserve was absolutely stun. We would’ve never known about this. Have we not booked it our tour guide. Mauricio was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It made for an absolutely fantastic day.

Awesome tour. Pickup by our guide Arturo in a nice clean comfortable vehicle. Arturo so professional and knowledgeable. First stop Doka Estate, for a simple local breakfast. We received an interesting coffee tour from start to finish. Plantation was so nice. We received just enough info not to overwhelm us. Next up La Paz. Again, so much to see and tour. Fantastic extensive lunch buffet was served. Ample restroom breaks, much appreciated. First class tour company. Recommend

We had an amazing experience on the Day Trip to La Paz Waterfall Gardens & Doka Coffee Plantations in Costa Rica! Our guides, Oscar and Ricardo, were absolutely fantastic—they were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable for our family. The tour itself was well-paced, with plenty of time to enjoy the breathtaking waterfalls and explore the lush gardens. The visit to the Doka Coffee Plantation was a highlight as well—we learned so much about the coffee-making process and even got to taste some delicious coffee. Oscar and Ricardo’s enthusiasm and passion for Costa Rica shone throughout the day, making this tour truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Costa Rica. What an amazing and awe inspiring trip. We booked through Tan Feet online and enjoyed it immensely. The Doka Coffee Plantation was a great tour, source of information and breakfast was provided. Delicious! The Waterfall tour and habitat was so vibrant and unique. They provided us with lunch that was so yum! And the Arenal Volcano!!! What a sight to trek through and enjoy.
