It was a wonderful experience with my parents. For them, it was their first time in Cusco. They were delighted with the tours, the information provided, the guides, the food, and the service. The guides are very knowledgeable people, and I want to acknowledge John, who was very kind, candid, and a very charismatic guy. Thanks to David, Rosa, and Dora as well for accompanying us. At the Valicha hotel, we were very well taken care of; it was excellent service. And I want to thank my friend Roger Huaman Flores for recommending Machupicchu Turístico to me. It is a good tour to know all the places of the Sacred Valley in one day. I planned to do it on my own, but because of the distances it would not be possible and this tour was wonderful to complete everything in one day

Excellent experience/ our We just came back for our trip. Everything was perfect and smooth since the moment we were picked up at our hotel until the drop off Arnold our tour guide was excellent. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, super nice, patient and an excellent photographer. He explained everything about the beautiful Sacred Valley and made us feel entertained. We really enjoyed and recommend this trip.

DO NOT USE THEM! We booked and paid for a tour arranged for a pick up at our hotel at 7 AM. They never showed. I sent several messages directly to them. No reply we had to book a far more expensive tour. Yes, I got refunded the money I paid, but that doesn’t cut it. They offered me a free tour and then never came through on that either. They suck

The missed pickup was due to an internal operational failure on our side, and we take full responsibility. This does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide to our guests. We immediately processed a full refund, and we also offered an additional complimentary tour as a gesture of goodwill. We regret that we were not able to regain your trust after this situation. Since this incident, we have reinforced our pickup confirmation procedures and internal communication protocols to ensure this does not happen again. I recommend this agency because it was so fun, a nice experience. Guide David was very informative and friendly. He was patient to take our pictures. The service was organized and punctual. Of the best tours I've ever had! The tour is completed as specified. The van we transported in was comfortable enough for the participants and our guide, Victor, made the trip quite entertaining, full of historical and cultural data at each stop. We were able to learn a lot about each archaeological site. While for some people who want to explore and get to know each of the stops the tour may be a little short, I consider that the time we were at each archaeological site was enough to be able to contemplate it and take very good photos. It is important to mention that there are additional taxes that must be paid in order to access the archaeological sites, since they must be paid in cash soles at the entrance. We, being foreigners, cost 70 PEN per person a ticket to Chinchero, Moray, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq. Additionally, it is optional (but personally essential for me) to enter Salinas de Maras for a cost of 20 PEN per person. While they are additional values, I think they are completely worth it, as well as tourists we are supporting the economy and local work. Moreover, the buffet lunch in Urubamba is a real sight. Completely included (except for certain drinks), you can try many of the typical flavors and preparations of Peruvian cuisine. It is also a space where you can share with the other companions of the tour and meet different cultures while tasting the delicious food, serving you as many times as you want. I would repeat this tour without thinking twice, and I know I will recommend it to my acquaintances. Thank you very much for this unique experience, and my great thanks to Victor for joining us at every step, being attentive to our needs, offering recommendations at every stop and being a very professional and friendly guide.
