WE LOVED SHARK BOAT! It was a great way to watch the fireworks and our group had a great time. We had a surprise guest join halfway through … I won’t spoil the surprise… it was amazing and really MADE the experience! Great photos and a great time!

Shark Boat was amazing!!! We were a group of 5 and wanted a special way to view the fireworks. The boat was modest in size but there was a bathroom and tons of room to view the fireworks. Halfway through there’s a surprise appearance that I won’t spoil — but it honestly MADE the experience for us. SO much fun, such great photos, all around a great time.

Owner called us ni**ers because we were upset that they didn’t disclose their insurance policy for cancellations over the phone. This man is a terrible excuse for a man and your money will be well spent else where.
Im sorry about your experience with our company. Unfortunately who you spoke with was not the owner. You booked through Tripshock where the policy was stated that there are no refunds and no rescheduling. Sir your friends made it on the boat in time and unfortunately you did not. You then proceeded to make a scene harassing the booth employee after we told you our policy then you were getting in her face and taking pictures of her. After that you walked behind our building and called our company numerous times. We do not have a call center. You were calling the same employee you were harassing. No one at our company called you anything negative. This situation was blown out of proportion. And unfortunately our policy is there are no refunds for late arrivals.
My first time riding this jet it was very good experience tour. We did have a good time. And the staff was very friendly and approachable to us definitely we'll come back next year with some other friends. You guys should try this you will all enjoy the experience.

My family of 20 enjoyed the hydrojet private trip! We saw tons of dolphins and the captain and the mate there really awesome ,we highly recommend the hydrojet boat in Destin florida.
I absolutely freaking loved this ride!!! I can't wait to come back and go again with some more of my family and friends. Also to maximize your fun west goggles so that your eyes don't burn from the salt water that is sure to splash you for at least 20 minutes non stop.
We had so much FUN riding hydrojetboat⚓️❤️ . You must come and try to ride the fastest boat in Emeral coast . Super friendly and very cool staff !!

We had an awesome time. By far, our favorite activity in Destin! My family and I visit them every time we go to Destin. My son has Autism and they are so friendly and helpful with him and all of us with every visit. We look forward to riding with them every year. Have been on several of the other boats in the area and none compare to this one. It's the only activity my son requests every single year. Great location. Great people. You won't be disappointed. Don't miss out on the Hydrojet! You won't be disappointed. The private trip is awesome! They cater (as much as possible) to your requests. We saw Dolphins, sharks, turtles and other sea life. We visited and heard about the history of crab Island and we took an absolutely unforgettable trip down the Destin coast! Check them out! Easily book online or give them a call. You won't be disappointed!! Kids get to drive, too!!( if condition permits)
