Our first trip to Poland, we took a day trip to Zakopane. It was excellent, Nico met us at the pre arranged location near the hotel. The coach was very luxurious. We were showed some traditional beautiful Polish houses in Chocolow on the way and stopped off for a cheese and vodka tasting session, which was delicious. A trip on the cable cars later in Zakopane with stunning views of the mountains and countryside. Then off to the spa and baths in Chocolwskie Termy what an amazing place! The spa pools were outstanding, so clean and warm, we were there for 3 hours but to be honest we could’ve easily spent two days in there, it was superb. If we return to Poland (which I hope we do) I would definitely look at staying there for a few days. The Mountain View’s were phenomenal. So a big thanks to Nico and the driver for a brilliant day trip. Don’t hesitate just book it!

My family walked away from this experience with mixed feelings. First off, the day was long with 12+ hours of travel (which was stated in the description). The bus ride was okay-wished our guide would have provided us with more insight as to the cultural and historic information we would be seeing. The two stops in the small towns (seeing the wooden houses and vodka/cheese tasting) were very brief. We could have easily spent more time waking the streets of the wooden village. The mountain funicular was fun but it was a rainy day which limited our views of the surrounding area. We walked from the funicular into the town for some shopping and lunch. We felt the stands/shops were all the same…not much uniqueness to be found. The town definitely felt touristy and not quaint, which we were expecting. We left for the thermal pools and arrived to a very busy location. The family pools were packed…hard to find room in any of the hot tubs. We made our way to the 16 and over section and found it to be much more peaceful and less crowded. The staff were not the friendliest but overall, the stay was okay. This tour didn’t meet our expectation for a unique and quaint visit to a mountain town and its surrounding villages. However, It could be a good tour for those that don’t mind crowds and have young children that like to swim.

An amazing trip had by the whole family. The tour guide mirek was amazing, went into a lot of detail and was always at hand. Couldn’t thank him enough for making the trip so memorable. The hot springs resort is suitable for all ages, so clean couldn’t ask for anything better. The views for the top of the cable cars is stunning. Loved the cheese and vodka tasting and the visit through the local community was very insightful This trip is highly recommended

We had an absolutely fantastic trip from Kraków to Zakopane and the thermal baths. Everything was so well organised from start to finish, making the whole day completely stress-free and enjoyable. A special thank you to Magda, our tour guide, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable with her enthusiasm and great organisation. The scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and Zakopane is such a beautiful place to visit. The wine and cheese tasting was a lovely addition to the trip, and the thermal baths were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kraków. It was excellent value for money and one of the highlights of our holiday. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
