Everything about the trip was great! Perfect captain and had great floats for us to enjoy. We even caught caught a blue crab!
We had an amazing time and our Captain Bo was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He took us straight to see dolphins up close and had plenty of water floats for us to enjoy in the water around Crab Island. I wouuld highly recommend for a small group or family, and will definitely do it again next trip!

The best trip I could ever ask for. So much more private than I expected. So much fun. We got to paddle board, float and just relax. I loved every bit of it and Harry is pretty cool too! He's actually the bomb. Com.

Great price. Captain Harry was so cool. First time going to crab island. Definitely not the last time. Easy to book they stayed in touch with us days leading up to our trip. Highly recommended them.

Great experience! Captain Harry did an amazing job and was so friendly! Short boat ride out to Crab Island. We saw dolphins on the way! We loved the paddle boards, lily pad and floating seats. Capt Harry had a football that was a lot of fun to toss around. Weather was beautiful. Such a fun activity with many memories!

We enjoyed Capt Harry! Best part of the 3 hour tour! However, we did not care for Crab Island at all. The water was green NOT clear blue like all the photos. It was entirely too packed with vendors and boats. Not at all what we expected. I would not recommend Crab Island unless you enjoy large crowds and dirty water.
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy Crab Island, but that it wasnt due to us or Captain Harry, but the water. The water color is something we pride ourselves on showing the truth of on social media. We dont just show the pretty blue high tide water, we show every trip, no matter the color. We are sorry you only saw low tide and not the beauty of high tide. With Crab Island, its all about the tides. Plus we had a week of storms that effect it as well. As for it being busy, it is peak season right now and will only get busier. Hopefully you can try again for a morning high tide trip, that is the more relaxing trip. Safe travels!
The booking page only listed adult pricing and never clearly stated that toddlers also require a paid seat. We booked two seats for two adults, assuming our toddler was included. When we arrived, we were informed that our child also counted as a passenger. We completely respected the legal passenger limit and immediately adjusted our plans. We decided that only my toddler and I would board, while my husband would stay behind and find another activity. However, before we could board, the captain left with the other passengers at approximately 8:50 AM—even though the scheduled departure time was clearly listed as 9:00 AM. We were not asking the operator to exceed the legal capacity or make any exceptions. We had already agreed to use only the two available seats. There was no reason to leave us behind 10 minutes before the advertised departure time. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service afterward. Despite paying for the trip and arriving before the scheduled departure time, our refund request was denied. I understand that safety rules and passenger limits must be followed, and I fully support that. What I cannot accept is departing early and refusing to take passengers who were present, ready to board, and complying with the rules. I hope future customers are aware of these issues before booking.
This is factually incorrect, but you know that after the NINE emails you sent yesterday yelling at me for your mistake. We carry a MAXIMUM of 6 people per USCG guidelines, rules and LAWS. You booked for 2 adults. The boat already had 4 people booked, checked in AND seated waiting on you. When you showed up, you had an infant. By bringing an infant who was unaccounted for, you would have put us over capacity with a total of 7. WE COUNT SOULS, NOT SEATS. Another issue is we do not take children under 2. As a matter of fact, you cannot even book a child under 2. You have to hit the drop down for children (which states no children under 2 will not be boarded), then you must enter the age of the child, THEN you must check a box accounting for all souls in your party. You gave multiples ages for your child and we have no way of verifying a childs age. You stated in your review that you decided that you and your child would take the trip while your husband wouldnt, but you were already told the infant could not board. So that was impossible, since you cant just leave an infant on a dock for 3 hours. When you were told the infant would not be able to go, you attempted to bribe Captain Harry, and this was heard by everyone aboard. Captain Harry denied you boarding and then turned his attention to the guests who booked properly. You ABSOLUTELY did ask the Captain to ignore not only policy but LAWS. You walked away asking about a refund, knowing you had been denied boarding, not trying to figure it out. You were already DENIED boarding. There is no way Captain Harry could have boarded you and your child due to the fact its still breaking the rules by taking the INFANT. So yes, he accounted for everyone on board who booked correctly, and left. We will not break the guidelines or laws just because you think you should let the infant ride on your lap. Again...its not about seats, its about accounting for all souls. You did not recieve a refund due to the fact that you took up 2 seats that were being waited on if we had cancellations, but we were unable to fill them due to you showing up with an unaccounted for infant. This review is a reflection of you, not us. Safety of our guests is a number one priority and we will not tolerate parents who feel their kids don't count. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO.
The experience at Crab Island was excellent; despite the weather not being the best, we had a great time. We had everything at hand on the boat. Captain Harris was great, with excellent energy and a good attitude, and he was always attentive to us; he also gave us a little tour to see the dolphins. Highly recommended.

Harry was amazing! We had a private charter and it did not disappoint. Book now it’s worth it! 4pm cruise was great and less need for sunscreen too!
