Nice route. Saw many things around town went twice. It was raining but they were on time. Would ride again

Wonderful way to get introduced to Copenhagen. The boat ride option is a must to get the full perspective of of how impressive the city is. The only problem was connecting from bus to boat. The instructions from the driver were vague and there was no clear sign to which vendor would accept our tickets. Once we found the right boat, we had a great tour.

Off the cruise port you had to change bus. The bus are suppose every 15 min. Didn’t happen. Long wait. Avg wait was 30+ min.

Nice tour. Only issue was the name of the bus company was not on the ticket and the driver didn’t have a bar code reader. There three different hop on hop off companies.

Hop on hop bus an easy way way to sight see. The commentary was very informative.The length of time was sufficient to make this a worthwhile experience

The stops of the bus are not well marked (some not at all) which makes it difficult to find them. Also bus hardly gives you time to get downstairs and off

Very scenic and beautiful bus ride have been on many and there was much competition in this town. Shout out to bus driver Hassan who was not only a good driver, but very knowledgeable, helpful, and able to answer our questions professionally.

Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with directions and recommendations. The route covers all of the city’s major sights, making it an excellent option for first-time visitors as well as those wanting a relaxing overview of Copenhagen. We found it to be outstanding value and a stress-free way to navigate the city. If you’re visiting Copenhagen, I highly recommend the Red Hop-On Hop-Off Bus. It combines convenience, comfort, and excellent service into a memorable sightseeing experience that greatly enhanced our stay. Together, Sophie and Paul created an unforgettable experience that felt both informative and welcoming. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm were evident throughout the journey. This canal tour is an absolute must for anyone visiting Copenhagen. It offers stunning views, fascinating commentary, and first-class service. Was a bit of confusion about which bus tour we could join, didn’t realise there are various different companies offering different tours. Overall though, this tour was very interesting and we would recommend using it.

Bought tickets in advance which in hindsight was a mistake. The bus altered its route on the days we were there and we never managed to catch one. The tracking app suggested buses were on route but we never saw any. This is obviously a small operation which isn’t clear on the advert.There are several hop-on / hop-off services in Copenhagen. Its main competitor Stromma has more buses and more routes which was a much more practical experience for exploring the city.
