This tour was a fantastic way to see La Fortuna, especially since we had limited time in Costa Rica. Our guide, Hayro, was so knowledgeable and did an amazing job at the hanging bridges, pointing out so many interesting facts along the way. Ending the day at the natural hot springs was pure bliss. It is quite a long day, so definitely eat breakfast or bring snacks! Overall, we enjoyed this wonderful tour so much and highly recommend it.

This tour was fantastic! The waterfalll is so cool - and you have to take the stairs down to the base! The hanging bridges experience was the best part - we saw monkeys and poisonous frogs. The hot springs was a great way to end the day w drinks in a pool! We had an amazing guide in Hayro and a fun group!

The tour operator cancelled my reservation for 3 people in the afternoon before the tour, citing overlooking by a vendor due to system error. We couldn't find a replacement tour for the short time we were there; very disappointed.

We would like to clarify that this is not a common situation for us. In fact, this was the first time we have experienced this issue on this specific tour. Access to Manuel Antonio National Park is regulated by a government-managed ticketing system with strict daily limits, and on this occasion an unexpected system error on the vendor side prevented us from securing the required entrance tickets, despite having your reservation confirmed. Our team made every possible effort to keep your booking active and to find a viable solution, but unfortunately, under these exceptional circumstances, we were unable to operate the tour. We fully understand that a last-minute cancellation can make it very difficult to find an alternative, and for that we sincerely apologize. This situation does not reflect our usual level of reliability or service, and your feedback helps us reinforce additional safeguards to prevent similar cases in the future. Best regards,
The cafe of the manha was very late and I didn't like it and after we passed on the plantation of coffee.The walk and mto run the dinner was bad.And due to the weather we didn't even see the vulcao, the thermas are reasonable.

Our tour guide Hayor was wonderful and that was the foundation of a great day. He shared a very compact version of the country’s history and provided a base understanding of the forces shaping Costa Rican society today as we wound around and dipped up and down through the hills on our our way to La Fortuna. It was a wet day in the cloud forest so we were satisfied with a view of the waterfalls from the look off. Next it was off to the hanging bridges and a walk through the forest. Hayor was very knowledgeable about the the flora and fauna calling out to birds and red dart frogs. He had a keen eye for what was happening in real time and what had recently happened through the the traces of animals that had passed by. Hayor was fully keyed in on safety. He proceeded us at all times and made us aware of unseen dangers. I would return to walk these paths again and again if I had the opportunity. The smells, the light, the mist and the towering trees made it an unforgettable experience. We saw coati, vipers, frogs and tarantulas and heard the calls of numerous birds. Afterwards we headed for lunch at one of the several venues for thermal baths. I had a tilapia dish for lunch and it was delicious. We were in the baths during a bit of a downpour but it didn’t dampen our fun at all. We relaxed with our thoughts of what a wonderful country this is - pura vida. PS - we saw a resplendent toucan perched on a tree as we were lolling in the warm water waters of the thermal baths. Muchas gracias

Tours are based on the guides and we had the best guide ever. Lenny is the absolute best. Her knowledge regarding the area is incredible. If you are looking for the best tour book it with Lenny you will be treated to the best. The tour itself, suspended bridges, waterfall and spa was epic. All around a fantastic day.
