Jack was terrific. What a lovely time, full of history and insights. Plus he is very funny, would happily have another tour!
Our tour guide Ania was very good. Not only so informative on the history of the sites, but eager to discuss things on a one on one basis. I enjoyed our personal conversations. We covered a lot of ground in 2.5 hours. This gave us a great preview to the many wonders of Krakow.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour of Krakow, Chris our guide was enthusiastic and passionate, we learned so much of the city history and the culture and have no hesitation in recommending this tour.

I’ll write this less than one , point as we didn’t make our trip , you’ve told me were in the wrong place, question a refund , you were sent away from the right destination, it wasn’t really well organised , it cost us 100 Zotti to get to the destination again, couldn’t find the Guide couldn’t get in touch with the Guide, very poor, will not be recommending this to any of our friends, requesting a refund otherwise I’ve taken this further kind regards, Gareth Dawson and Kate Thomas

Honestly the best tour you could of asked for, especially if you just want to do something random and free. I booked it within the hour of the tour starting with no problems whatsoever. I had Big Tom as my tour guide and he knew the ins and outs of the city down to the littlest detail, He knew how to keep such a large group, maybe 30 people, interested and entertained at the same time. Its about 2 hours long but a perfect way to spend sometime wandering the streets, It did help that the weather was incredible with sunshine all the way through.
