It was a great tour and we really enjoyed it. Our tour guide Carlos speaks English well which is a bonus because some tour we participated the tour guide had a hard time with English but with Carlos we can asked questions and he can answered them. He is knowledgeable with Mexico’s history as well as the present . He also stays with us the whole tour and suggested where to eat and where to buy specific stuff. Great job Carlos! Hope to have you as our tour guide when we come back to Mexico City.
It was a great thing really the guide Carlos very good, and everything we paid was given as the churro the tequila and everything.
Absolutely amazing experience! Visiting Teotihuacán with this team was one of the highlights of our trip. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made history come alive. Everything was perfectly organized, from transportation to timing. Highly recommended if you want a stress-free and high-quality tour!
Extremely disappointed. All promised activities were drive by car only. According to the description we were going to spend time in the biblioteca to see murals and all we saw was the top of the building from the freeway and the same goes for the stadio azteca. We didn’t even get the bottle water. The guy was hangover and it seams in a rush to finish the tour. The Xochimilco activity was go fast and boring when we knew they were asking us to disembark, oh and a mandatory 200 pesos for tip. We are scheduled to be on the tour from 8:30 am to 6 pm and were back at the hotel by 3:30 pm WHAT A SCAM!
There are no mandatory tips and you didn't pay anything. If the ride on the canals was boring, we're sorry to hear it. We'd also like to say that you were even given a private tour as a courtesy, and if you didn't get into the stadium it was because it was being remodeled. We appreciate your comment, but you were never scammed or made to pay anything extra.
Roberto our guide was amazing, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. He knew so much about all the places we went too and took pictures for us!
