A Catedral Basílica da Assunção da Virgem, também conhecida como Catedral de Cusco, é a igreja mãe da Arquidiocese Católica Romana de Cusco. A catedral está localizada na Plaza de Armas. Todo o edifício foi construído entre 1560-1654.
Originalmente chamado Intikancha ou Intiwasi, foi dedicado a Inti e está localizado na antiga capital inca de Cusco. Destruída principalmente após a guerra do século XVI com os conquistadores espanhóis, grande parte de seu trabalho em pedra forma a fundação da igreja e do convento de Santo Domingo.
O antigo mercado de San Pedro, no meio da cidade de Cusco, é um lugar incrível para conhecer os moradores, ver as mercearias, batatas, milhos incas, pães oropesa, queijos e alguns artesanatos. Este local é o lugar para sentir os sabores e aromas. É uma experiência íntima com a cultura, gastronomia e história.

Very good guide and friendly
The Temple Religioso Arzobispal was well worth the visit even though it only took half an hour to see all there was.The lady on the entrance really helped us by showing us the cheap multi visit option with the Cathedral and the Sagrada Família to be used within a month.I think her name was Irena It was our first visit to Cusco and we weren’t disappointed.The Biap Boleto was great alum for money at only 50Sol
Amazing city with a lot of history, it is to come 15 days, the only thing I did not like is the smell of constant pee, and see people pissing as if nothing happened.
Guide is very knowledgeable and timed the tour perfectly. The sites visited were great examples of Cusco history.
This is a scam! First of all it’s a bus tour (we spend 45 min OF TOUR TIME picking everybody up) The itinerary did not correspond to the description (you won’t see San Blas, for example) and you’ll spend 45 min in the central market looking at fruits (and get very short and superficial information about actual Inka History and Buildings). Don’t do it!
The tour was great and took me to some great sights in Cusco. The Temple of the Sun was particulary good to learn about. I only wish the tour had lasted a little bit longer. Though because I was the only person on the tour, perhaps it would be longer if there were more persons.
Nice tour of the city. Small group and flexible. Moved around by car efficiently despite being able to do this on foot.
