Nós oferecemos mais do que apenas chocolate, em primeiro lugar, o tour do chocolate começa com o fundo cultural e biológico do cacau na Costa Rica. Ele introduz ainda mais na coleta, fermentação, moagem e, finalmente, na fabricação do chocolate, a bebida dos deuses. Em segundo lugar, falamos sobre o café e sua importância para o desenvolvimento econômico e cultural da Costa Rica. Temos um showroom com importantes instrumentos de colheita de café e uma melhor explicação do processo de produção de café. Queremos mostrar-lhe como fazer Café-Chorreado. Entre outros métodos de amostragem. Finalmente, queremos olhar para um dos aspectos mais importantes da cultura e tradição costarricenses, o trapiche. Aqui nós moendo cana de açúcar para extrair o suco e fazer todos os tipos de doces locais e deliciosos. Este é sem dúvida o passeio mais doce da área. Recentemente adicionamos um Jardim de Plantas Medicinais à nossa experiência

We booked this tour on a whim before heading out of town and we are so glad we did! Sergio was a great tour guide and very entertaining. The tasting we got to do was just an added bonus! Don’t think about it….book it!

This was a very informative tour. Sergio,the guide, did an excellent job providing information, making the tour fun and interactive. He spent time also making connections with the tourists by learning their names, and their whereabouts and professions. He truly made an effort to make it meaningful by drawing from people personal lives. It was fun to try the chocolate sauce with spices and fruit. We learned about the chocolate production, the benefits of chocolate. We learned about vanilla, coffee, and sugar cain.
