Charyn, Kolsay & Kaiyndy Lakes Tour de 2 dias com Mount View Stay

I wanted to thano you a lot for organizing this trip! the tour was amazing, your country/region is absolutely stunning! And the guide and the driver were so great! The driver was such a nice guy and a very safe and experienced driver, and Zhan manged to get us smoothly everywhere! Absolutely great experience! I am so happy I managed to get to book directly to skip all the middlemen.

Honestly, save yourself the stress and do not book with this company. I’m actually in shock at how unreliable they are. I had my whole trip planned out around this tour, and since it’s the Easter rush, everything is already packed. I booked a 2-day tour to Kolsay and Kaiyndy Lakes, and they literally confirmed we were good to go, only to cancel at the absolute last minute. Total nightmare. My entire schedule is messed up now and I'm stuck trying to find a backup when everything is sold out. If you don't want your holiday ruined, find a company that’s actually reliable. These guys are a joke!

I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Every detail was handled with care, from the logistics and transport, to the excellent food and hospitality. The locations we visited were truly spectacular and our guide, Aza, provided fascinating insights on the region and Kazak culture, which really set this experience apart from other tours I’ve taken. A must do if you are visiting the Almaty region.

10/10 experience really. It started with the booking experience, Fariza from their team was super helpful and reassured me about all my doubts. Our tour guide jambo made the experience 10x better. We had a fun game +karoke+ dance night during our stay. They made sure I got veg food that I requested for. It was very relaxed and we got our time at all the spots. Don't even ask me about the stay, it turned out to be so good. In a remote place like saty, idk how they found such a wonderful place to stay. At first i was skeptical about their charge as it was a little higher but the stay and experience justified it.

My dad and I booked this tour for ourselves. It was a group of 9 people who were super fun and friendly. Our guide Azmat was truly one of the best guides we've had. He was friendly, helpful, and always ready with a story to entertain everyone. It was an incredible 2 days.

What an amazing two day tour! Fariza responded to all queries prior to the tour and went over and beyond all expectations. Azamat, our guide was knowledgeable, engaging and fun! He spent all his time with our tour group including all hikes! So we felt united at all times. There was an abundance of delicious home made food for all our meals. The accommodation in the small village was excellent. It was very clean, warm and welcoming. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending KazViaTours. It deserves every one of its five stars!!

Excellent trip and an efficient - though very well timed - journey to major scenic spots. The pace of the trip allowed for walks, discoveries and even pedal-boating! Out guide Azamat, was always ready to provide information and make things smooth and easy all over the trip. I highly recommend this, especially for young couples or solo visitors.

I loved this tour. The stops were well planned out and the meals were excellent. The guest house was clean and quiet. I am glad I chose the two day tour as it allowed enough time at each site and didn't feel rushed. The driver was safe and efficient. Our guide was Azamat and he was fantastic! He spoke great English and was knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. I would recommend this tour 100%.
