Excursão de 2 dias em Kolsai Kaindy Lakes with Charyn Canyons

The two-day trip was wonderful and well-paced, neither too rushed nor too slow. Our guide Ax, who BTW is a trained mountaineer, was simply amazing with a great sense of humour and wonderful social skills. He is knowledgeable, well-informed, and considerate, and kept the entire group engaged and entertained (there was a karaoke, a bonfire, and even a dance!). Ax’s experience with trekking and hiking surely came in handy on the trip! The overnight Yurt camp stay in Kolsay was quite comfortable and a highlight in its own way. The camp and the surrounding area were beautiful with a mountain stream gushing close by. PSA: While many visitors do the day-trip version of this tour, the two-day itinerary is optimal and efficient. And Kazakhstan Guided Tours are a top choice for it. Highly recommended.

An incredible 2-day tour and can't recommend it highly enough! Our guide, Zhuldyz, made the entire trip unforgettable. She was knowledgeable, warm, and full of great stories about the local culture, history, and traditions. She made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and included! :)

Sercan was the perfekt Guide for the Trip, he show us Beautiful and cheep Spots. He have much Information over the History and the Natur. If I came back to Almaty I will do a Trip again with him

I would highly recommend this super fun, super interesting and super beautiful tour. From the moment we met Ax with welcome chocolates in hand until having to say our goodbyes we had an absolute blast. Ax was a fabulous guide who absolutely loves nature, was full of interesting information and always happy to help. He was great at bringing the group together making sure we all felt welcome and had fun whilst taking the time to ensure that our individual needs were met. The tour is a great way to see some of the spectacular scenery that Kazakhstan has to offer. The lakes, canyons and scenery are beautiful. The yurt accommodation far exceeded expectations- we were welcomed and hosted warmly by the family who run the site, the food was absolutely delicious, the karaoke was hilarious, the beds were super comfortable and the washing facilities were great. Sitting around a log fire listening to Ax talk about the myths of the canyons and playing his musical instrument was incredibly special. Thanks Ax, the teams at Shakiras, Green Yurts and all our fellow travellers for such a great couple of days - so many fabulous memories that will remain with us on our journey through life!

Wonderful 2-day trip with sufficient time at each attraction. Our guide, Zhenis, speaks English well and he was warm and helpful. Everything was well organised with good time management. The accommodation at Saty was clean, transport and food were great. Zhenis was full of fun and we enjoyed our trip very much.

The tour was very well organized with an abundance of food, comfortable trips. The views were breath-taking and the traditional yurt stay was very cozy. Zhenis was a very charming and enthusiastic guide who certainly elevated the experience. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit the Kolsai and Kaindy lakes as well as the Charyn Canyon.

I must say the 2day lake and canyon tour was amazing. Our guide was Ax. He was so attentive and knowledgeable. I felt like he was an inseparable part of the group. The itinerary was packed. We even got to do yoga together. Highly recommend:)

Absolutely amazing experience during this activity. The tour was guided by Ax who is an experienced and super friendly guide, he made sure we are all comfortable. Places visited were spectacular. The yurts we stayed were comfortable. Food was simple and average quality but definitely enough. This was my best time during my trip.
