Após o embarque no hotel ou acomodação na Cidade do Panamá, levaremos você a uma área de observação, onde explicaremos a história e como funciona o Canal do Panamá.
Depois de ver um navio passar pelas eclusas, continuaremos de carro até o Rio Chagres, onde desceremos do carro e iniciaremos um passeio de barco pelo Lago Gatún. Neste ponto você estará dentro do Canal do Panamá passando ao lado dos navios em trânsito de um oceano a outro. Durante este passeio de barco no Lago Gatún você estará rodeado pela floresta tropical do Parque Nacional Soberania, onde avistaremos macacos e outros animais selvagens.

We had a great time going to the Gatun Lake and Miraflores Visitor Center with Safe Transportation and Dan Taylor, who was an excellent, knowledgeable, informative and flexible guide. We especially had a blast feeding three types of monkeys on Gatun Lake with Dan’s assistance. The entire booking process with Safe Transportation was also completely smooth and efficient from start to finish and communication was the company was prompt and terrific, including when we had a last-minute itinerary change. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our tour. Ruben was our guide. He was kind and very knowledgeable. He handled everything during the tour and got us safely there and back to our hotel. The lake tour was really neat and feeding the moneys was fun. Ruben already had our admission tickets to the Canal visitor center and tickets to the IMAX which saved us time. The length of the tour seemed just right to us. We would absolutely recommend this tour. We got a good experience of the various aspects of the canal.
The canal is an amazing work of engineering. While it wasn't at the top of our list of things to do, we were glad we went. The tour was timed to ensure that we were able to see a boat crossing the locks, which makes it far more interesting. The IMAX is also well done, if not a bit US-centric. The highlight was visiting the monkeys on Gatun lake, including howlers, capuchins and tamarins, which we also were able to feed. The lake is beautiful, and getting to see the ships up close was incredible.

Seeing how the locks of the canal operate is an unforgettable experience. Traveling part of the canal alongside the large ships, seeing the flora and fauna of the region complements the tour.
Overall, the tour met our expectations, and the guide Alciviades was very kind, attentive, and friendly. Super recommended 👌

Dani was the best! I went with my parents who are in their late 60s and Dani was so great accommodating their needs and moving at a slower pace.
Great tour for for the family. Something for everyone. Canal observation very interesting and just the right amount of time so that kids didn't get bored. Half hour 3d Imax movie about the canal history and construction also really good. Then boat ride through the lake to see the monkeys was refreshing and the perfect, fun ending. Whole family really happy we choose this tour. Remember your sunscreen.
