It was a very exciting experience. The transportation arrived on time, at the meeting point we had chosen in Mexico City. We enjoyed the view and had a lot of fun. The guide explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend it, and it is for sure, we’ll take another tour.

Hiking tour with fantastic views of volcano and surroundings. Leon and Luís were great. Pick up directly from the hotel. The hike of 12 km (Level 2) is not difficult in itself, but you can notice the altitude! But the guides adjust the pace well when you are out of breath and there are many breaks

We both had an exceptional day of hiking this trail with Luis from Que Loco! Tours. Luis is extremely competent, and had his eyes on all in our small group to measure our comfort and safety. He was also a very nice man, enjoyable to talk to, and we had good conversations about the park, the region, our cultures, etc. I would highly recommend this tour and hike!

We got essentially a personal driver who drove us to the National Park - he was a very talkative, approachable, and helpful driver. We then met our guide who was also very helpful, talkative, and made sure to check in with us in how we are doing throughout the hike. Absolutely stunning views and few other tourists made it a gem experience.

While staying in Mexivo City we went hiking with Luiz to the Iztaccihuatl. Communication before the trip was perfect, the pickup time was 5.45 to avoid traffic. Luiz had already picked up the other two hikers of our group We drove a bit less than two hours and started to hike in about 3400m. The paths were easy to walk. We walked up to 3900m and felt the altitude a bit in the way that we were breathing a little faster. But Luiz had always an eye that everybody felt well and we never walked to fast. Luiz is an excellent guide with a good mouteenering training and also extremely helpful and friendly. He offered gloves and walking sticks and offered even to carry a small backpack when one of us slowed down a bit once. He has a very good knowledge of flora and fauna. We took enough breakes and were always asked if ready to continue. The hike was a level 2 hike. The trip was lovely, it took us to a waterfall and gave nice views of the smoking Popocatepetl on the opposite side. We highly recommend Luiz as a tourguide and wish him all the best for the future. nice guide and driver level 1 proper for hicking beginers view is fantastic the process is about 4 hours including up and down weather is crucial regarding the vocanic view

Hiking part was good. The hiking guide was very professional. The driver miscommunicated with the guide and led us to the wrong path. Could be better.
