Você começará este meio dia indo para a aldeia de Hautvillers perto de Epernay que é a aldeia imperdível de Champagne. Em Hautvillers, aldeia chamada “Cadela do Champagne”, desfrute de um passeio privado pela Igreja onde está a sepultura de Dom Pérignon, conhecido como o pai espiritual do Champagne. Nós vamos contar a sua história e você vai finalmente saber se ele é ou não o inventor do champanhe! Esta também será uma oportunidade para contar sobre a história do Champagne e da região.
Em Hautvillers, também pararemos nas colinas históricas de Champagne listadas como Patrimônio da Palavra pela Unesco para desfrutar do mais magnífico panorama de Champagne com vista para o Vale da Marne, o lugar onde Dom Pérignon realizou suas experiências na fabricação de vinhos. Neste vinhedo plantado principalmente com Pinot Noir, contaremos sobre o trabalho das vinhas, as variedades de uvas, este excepcional "Terroir" e viticultura sustentável.
Depois de ter estado no Vale Marne plantado principalmente com Pinot Noir, ao sul de Epernay a poucos minutos de distância é a "Côte des Blancs" chamada o reino do Chardonnay Champagne Grand Cru. Grand Cru é o nível mais alto da Appellation Champagne que apenas algumas aldeias raras com vinhas possuem e que estão localizados principalmente em torno de Epernay. Aqui é onde visitaremos um produtor/crescedor independente, uma propriedade familiar desde 1864 com explicações sobre o processo de fabricação de champanhe, visita à imprensa, vinícola e adega. Você provará três champanhe 100% Grand Cru com conselhos de degustação para descobrir os diferentes champanhe, como champanhe natural sem dosagem, brut, vintage ou mesmo envelhecido em barris de carvalho. É um endereço bastante confidencial, como os locais e conhecedores gostam dele, perfeito para descobrir "champagne real" ao lado dos grandes nomes de casas de champanhe que você conhece. Durante o passeio você também vai desfrutar de degustações adicionais: os três álcoois essenciais de champanhe e aperitivos da famosa Destilaria Goyard em Aÿ criado em 1911, que é o mais antigo do champanhe. Make sure you book this tour with Phillippe! It was truly fabulous. He was so knowledgeable and entertaining throughout our tour given he grew up in the area and had worked in all aspects of champagne production and sales. In addition the business was so easy to deal with and so responsive. After our initial flights were cancelled they were very easy to reschedule when we were finally able to fly. The tour was very intimate so we had extremely personal attention and flexibility. Highly recommended. Thankyou Phillipe for an informative and fun tour.

The tour guide was very nice. But the tour itself was very boring. The thasting was done by the tour guide. The winery milan is an old shabby house. Champagners were cheap but nothing special. The other tasting was a sip of small bootles of high alcoholic drinks during the tour. If you are i lover of high quality champagnes i wouldnt recommend it for that price.

Although the trip advisor canceled our reservation, without any contact with us, the tour operator was extremely attentive and managed to fit us into another group on the same day. Except in the afternoon. The tour is very objective, but quite enlightening. I recommend!
