We were not able to get into the pantheon because our tickets didn’t work. They told us that those are not tickets and we had to meet with a group. What group? I was never told to meet a group! Poor instructions on where to meet a group and no signs indicating where group would be. Very disappointed
We sent the tickets to the customer on time, before 3 PM, and the Pantheon entrance is clearly visible to everyone. Unfortunately, no effort was made to contact him, and we couldn't reach him via WhatsApp. Therefore, the company has fulfilled its obligations to this customer
I booked pantheon ticket one month ago through Viator for 10 AM because I knew that when I travel, I wouldn't have access to internet at some areas. The night before visiting Pantheon, someone, who I'm assuming was the Viator agent, messaged me through WhatsApp and asked me about my date of birth and my child date of birth too. I gave him info and I told him when I am go outside of the hotel, I won't have access to the internet . At the 7 AM the morning of the reservation, he texted me that our reservation had changed to 11 and that he will send us our new tickets. Around 8, I called him and I asked him why he changed our tickets' time, he said all the tickets for 10:00 were sold out. He also told us that we would be able to go straight into the Pantheon and said nothing about a meeting point prior to the time. We get to the Pantheon for the 11:00 time and our tickets were not valid at the gate. We get WiFi from a nearby bookstore to figure out what was going on and we find out that we were actually supposed to meet a separate contractor (Crown Tours) at a different location to recieve our entry tickets. Our Viator agent had not notified us of this and only sent the meeting location at around 10:45. Luckily Crown Tours made it right and allowed us to get our tickets at a later time than we were allotted. We also found out during a phone call with Crown Tours that our Viator agent had only made the reservation 3 hours prior to our booking time! Long story short, excellent customer service on Crown Tour's end, but not a good look for Viator itself.
We sent the customer a request for his and his son's birthdates. He sent us his son's birthdate the night before his arrival, and we waited until morning for his. We sent the customer the ticket and all the necessary entry information. It was simple; he just needed to meet our assistant there. Unfortunately, he didn't have internet access. We had to send a message to his number, and when we called him, he told us he hadn't seen the message and was having internet problems. He could have simply downloaded the ticket to his phone, which included the assistant's meeting point and entry details, but he didn't have internet. Therefore, our company is not responsible for the customer's mistake; he didn't have internet access to download and upload the necessary information for his trip.
I had booked the entrance to the Pantheon with audio guide for the day 03-05-2026, we arrived at the meeting point and there is no one. I ask at the entrance and they tell me that the entrance is free and I do not need a ticket to be able to enter. I make a claim and they answer that admission is indeed free and that on Sundays there are no staff at the meeting point. I don't think I'll book anything with them again.

Is nice tour good and nice is also very cool
We had booked for 12 noon, but we got told it was cancelled and upgraded to a guided tour. One thing to note We paid for this ticket, but turns out we came on the 1st Sunday of the month (fee entry) so we need to pay, but the tour line definitely was quicker. And our guide Guilo was excellent, great knowledge it was a shame we had to rush off to get to our basilica tour
Absolute scam. PDF Ticket sent and downloaded to Apple wallet wasn’t valid. They provided prompt refund upon contacting support. Pay the 5 euros at the door instead of paying $32 CDN. This was a terrible experience and stressful to a solo traveler.
We contacted the customer. The ticket was booked at 9:00 AM, but it wasn't available then. We suggested 10:00 AM, but it wasn't easy to explain this to her. She didn't want it and immediately requested a refund without any explanation. Meanwhile, we were preparing her ticket for 10:00 AM. Thank you for your feedback. One of my biggest highlights in my trip. I can't enjoy the ride without the company of the guide. I will keep thrilling memories deep down. All the best.
The directions for working with the voucher were not clear for the Pantheon. We have successfully used many other vouchers.
I send all information to the customers on whtsapp number and i explain for him what hé need to do also a pick point to take a bus so no wrong anyway...thank you for your feedback..
This tour is beautiful and excellent very nice and cute and is more beautiful live beautiful places nice wading...anyway I recommend it so much
