Stunning stained glass windows

It is a beautiful place, but access is a bit difficult!

NEVER buy Viator again!

The tickets were not recognized by the ticket booth and we were denied entry. I followed instructions to a T.

Not fool proof!

I wasn’t sent the barcode to scan for entry……and they wouldn’t let us enter! I received the “barcode” for all my other events….. but St.Chappelle wouldn’t come up so we never got in! Worried about using Viator in the future.

A friend had told us...

A friend had told us about Saint Chapelle and we bought the tickets. We loved the experience and liked that we could go on our own and just look around

Stunning

Beautiful church. So glad we made it a stop in Paris. The windows were absolutely stunning and loved the history

A bit disappointed

The chapel itself was a bit disappointing. A fourth of it was under construction. Not what I expected at all. Probably would not return.

Not satisfied!

This worked out, but that morning the Muse Marmotton did not accept Viator tickets. This caused a lot of anxiety. I doubt if I will use Viator again!

Buy direct!

Never received the ticket! Waste of money and time! Purchased ticket months ago, received confirmation emails, received an emails the day of but not the actual ticket!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOUR! Buy them yourself when you arrive.

Saint Chappelle itself was amazing, but skip booking it in advance. The line for no ticket was let in before us anyway and it’s cheaper to buy at the window. Also, when I showed the ticket guy our voucher, he said not to book with Viatour as he didn’t see a way to redeem our “vouchers.” The booking said show this voucher to redeem tickets and also said you will be sent tickets 24 hours in advance. Voucher wasn’t redeemable and I did not receive any email with tickets. Luckily, the guy at the ticket concession was really kind and just let us in.

We never received the bar...

We never received the bar code ticket for entry , the email o it took us back to voucher, still no bar code. The gentleman was kind enough to let us in as he saw we had paid. The church was spectacular!
