Activity a MUST do but Viator not great to order tickets through. More expensive and sent me two of the same bar code so thankfully very accommodating staff at the cable car went and printed out tickets for me. Tip, get there EARLY to avoid long wait times.
I was nervous about the cable car but it was a relatively smooth experience. Our ticket did say ‘skip the lines’ but we still had to queue, added an extra hour on the day.

Terrible service don’t book with them. They emailed pass that didn’t work then sent one via WhatsApp. The pass worked up but not down. They said it was already redeemed. Something about the booking service and their group of tickets and how they issue them. Causes a delay, stress and confusion leaving the mountain.

We understand that receiving a pass that did not work as expected followed by another pass via WhatsApp, and then encountering an issue along the way down the mountain caused unnecessary stress and delay. We purchased tickets for Table Mountain, but on the day of our visit, the cableway was closed due to strong winds. We were contacted and informed that our tickets would remain valid for 7 days. We received tickets for both the adults and the children. However, when we returned to use them, we were surprised to find that only the children’s tickets had been rescheduled/validated, while the adults’ tickets did not work. We tried to contact you several times to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, we have not received any response.

We understand that, after being informed that your tickets would remain valid for seven days following the weather-related closure, you reasonably expected all the tickets issued to your group to work when you returned. We paid 4 fast trick tickets price but got normal tickets. Have to upgrade tickets at the table mountain ticket office. Cost me extra R2600 to upgrade these 4 tickets for fast trick. Please refund the extra cost of R2600. Thanks

Incredible experience, cannot recommend enough! However, it states on the booking you can collect tickets at table mountain but this was not possible. Everyone we asked said you cannot collect from the cable cart. It was also much cheaper to buy tickets directly from the cable cart company. In fairness to Viator they were able to contact the ticket company and we had them issued. Unbelievable views from the mountain nevertheless!

We visited Table Mountain as part of a social day outing with my work colleagues, and it was an amazing experience. The cable car ride was smooth, and the views from the top were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was great. It was a perfect way to relax, bond with colleagues, and enjoy one of South Africa’s most beautiful attractions. Highly recommended!
The activity was amazing but Aviator almost ruined my trip bcz they canceled my booking for quad biking without informing me and they promised to give me refund but never got my refund. So booking through Aviator may be too risky. I'm still waiting for my refund even now
I booked a ticket online and was in contact with one of your consultants informing me that I can't get a free ticket as it is my birthday month. I booked the ticket online an paid R950, which I didn't use, as I qualified for a free ticket. I emrequested a refund and was told to send an email,which I did without any feedback. I am highly upset and dissatisfied with your service. I included the ticket I purchased from you as well as my free ticket in the email, and up to date nobody contacted me.
