Relaxe enquanto saboreia seu caminho pela região vinícola da Cidade do Cabo. Parada para fotos: Prisão Drakenstein. Em 1982, Mandela foi transferido da prisão de segurança máxima em Robben Island, uma pequena ilha em Table Bay, para a prisão Pollsmoor em Tokai, Cidade do Cabo. De lá, Mandela foi transferido para a então Prisão Victor Verster em 9 de dezembro de 1988, onde viveu em uma casa particular dentro do complexo prisional. Victor Verster, uma prisão agrícola, era frequentemente usada como trampolim para libertar presos políticos de menor risco. Mandela serviu mais 14 meses na prisão Victor Verster (agora chamada Drakenstein) até sua libertação em 11 de fevereiro de 1990. No dia de sua libertação, repórteres de todo o mundo cercaram a prisão, dando à prisão publicidade mundial.

Everything was nice and perfectly planned. Wines of good quality and good lunch option. The only thing we have missed was to walk in between the wine yards.

The tour was worth the price. There was a large variety of wines and good food. Also the staff were very knowledgeable about the wine. The atmosphere was relaxed and there were not too many in one group. All in all a great experience.

Paul and Bonny were great. Paul was knowledgeable and shared more about Cape Town beyond just the vineyards we visited. Each vineyard offers plenty of drinks and the selection was good with a variety available to taste.

The tour positively surprised me. All day, with three wineries (each with its particularities, several wines per winery (5 in Average). The main meal (lunch) is not included, but I didn't find the price absurd (I paid 145 Zars, approx.) (50 reais) in a well-filled chicken burger with fries and a small salad. Water and soda are included too. I found the last winery the most beautiful (and it's award-winning too). The guide is very nice. The comfortable bus. You take a tour of the city and also stop to take photos at the prison where Mandela spent his last months in captivity. The guide is very informative and tells a lot about the country, about the cities, and about wines. In general, I thought it was worth it.
