Absolutely excellent afternoon. Fabulous coast, comfortable catamaran, but the kayaking was really special. Despite a choppy sea, we were supported by the 2 guides all the time. The caves were fantastic. Truly memorable trip and exhilarating experience.
Excellent from start to finish. Booked online , got confirmation, advised to have arrived 10 mins before. Checked in. Got on board luxury Catamaran , comfortable ride . Then we got in to kayaks on board then they slowly rolled down ramp and pushed us into water after the safety instructions. Excellent kayaking and swim before going back . Best tour ever .
It was very good! The guide was supposed to speak French according to Viator but that was not the case in the end. That did not stop our group from understanding well in English. The caves are worth it!
Here’s a polished version suitable for posting as a review: Upon check-in, the captain was at the booth, but the interaction was extremely disappointing. He laughed at us and said he didn’t have a 10:00 a.m. tour scheduled, only a private tour that afternoon. He never got off his phone or even looked up at us while we were trying to ask for help, leaving us confused as we walked away. We came back a second time and showed him our booking confirmation. Our tour had not been canceled, and it clearly showed that it was booked with him. He simply responded that it had been canceled. I showed him again that it was still confirmed on our end and that we had even received a confirmation message that same morning. We had an amazing time throughout Portugal, and this was the only negative experience of our entire trip. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customers was unacceptable. The fact that he wouldn’t even look up from his phone or make any effort to help us gave us no confidence in his service. We ultimately chose to book with another company because I would not have trusted him to take my family out on the water.

Both our meeting point staff and our skippers are committed to treating every guest with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Great tour-we paddle on every vacation we take and this one definitely had rougher water than most. The guides did a great job of leading us, but those with little experience had a more challenging time with the waves. The guides took good care of those paddlers as well and even towed one behind them when they were struggling.
I’m giving this tour company 5 stars because their communication and attention to safety was outstanding! Our tour, sadly, had to be cancelled by the operator several days in advance due to a terrible 4-day windstorm that was forecasted. Our appreciation for their safety measures is great, and they were quite prompt refunding the tour back to my account. I will use this company in the future if I ever get to go back to this area.
Really nice boat and crew. Enjoyed the whole experience once we got on the boat. The kayaking part was very fun and felt exciting because there were significant waves to contend with. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the worker who checked us in at the company booth was very rude and disinterested. Couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone and cut me off or ignored me when I spoke. He left a terrible first impression of the company.
We had an amazing afternoon, thanks to our guide Sergio. He shared lots of interesting information and fun facts. He made everyone feel comfortable in the kayaks and kept a close eye on the whole group throughout the tour.
One of the best experiences I've ever had! The entire trip was amazing from start to finish. Sergio is a fantastic storyteller, making the tour both informative and entertaining. He was always attentive and genuinely concerned about everyone's comfort and safety throughout the journey. The captain was excellent as well, very professional and skilled. Exploring the Benagil Caves with the SeaSiren team was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
