Seu tour começa com a coleta de você do endereço especificado que você escolher. O horário de entrega pode mudar, dependendo da hora exata de entrada para o Museu e da ordem de entrega do hotel. O Museu Auschwitz-Birkenau está localizado a 65 km de Cracóvia, em Oświęcim. A viagem para o Museu levará cerca de 1h 20 min. Durante a estrada o nosso motorista irá explicar-lhe tudo sobre o passeio, como ele vai parecer passo a passo, e responder a todas as suas perguntas. Antes do início do passeio, você terá uma pausa de 15 minutos para o banheiro.

Após um breve intervalo, mudou-se para Auschwitz II – Birkenau. esta é a segunda parte do passeio. Ajuda a visualizar a escala e o tamanho de tudo o que estava acontecendo ali. Nesta parte o passeio é mais contemplativo.

Our driver, Lucayo, was great and calm behind the wheel, ensuring that the trip went smoothly and on schedule. The guided tour in Auschwitz I was informative and allowed reasonably time to explore the site. However, the tour in Birkenau (Auschwitz II) felt too rushed; we practically had to run after the guide. No enough time to explore the site. The guide was great and knowledgeable.
Dawid was an outstanding driver and tour guide throughout our trip. From the very beginning, he was professional, punctual, friendly, and incredibly helpful. What impressed us most was his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his guests. He made the journey comfortable and stress-free, while also providing interesting and valuable information about the places we visited. We had an amazing experience on our Auschwitz-Birkenau tour from Krakow. Everything was very well organized and the whole trip went smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to our driver, Tomek, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us lots of useful information throughout the trip, answered all our questions, and even recommended great places to visit and eat in Krakow. He really made the journey more enjoyable and personal. The tour itself was very well organized, comfortable, and definitely worth doing. Highly recommended, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Tomek as your driver!
It was an incredible experience taking the tour of Auschwitz. It was a huge help that they picked us up and dropped us off directly at our accommodation. A special shoutout to our driver, Stas, who was extremely helpful and with whom we had a great conversation about our Polish-Hungarian connections and experiences.

The tour was well organized and our driver Daniel was really excellent. He picked us up from our hotel before the agreed time waiting for us in front of the building and then he was available and very professional for the whole extent of the tour. The guide to Auschwitz and Birkenau was a senior one very experienced.
Daniel picked us up on time and was very good, provided lunch and made everything clear on the plan for the day. The tour was everything one would expect for such a terrible period of history and the guide was incredible and made it an even more emotional experience. More people should come to remember what can happen when you allow intolerance, lies and hate to dominate in our politics and allow unfit leaders power. We need this reminder more now than ever and this trip made it more real and the terrible than I had imagined.
