Aula de Culinária Focaccia e Pesto no Campo Romano

We visited this amazing place for a bachelorette party and we are so, so, so happy with absolutely everything! What a warm and loving experience! We were welcomed with sparkling wine and delicious snacks and the hospitality was truly exceptional. Then we learned how to make pasta from scratch, and it was such a fun and well-organized class. The atmosphere was incredibly warm, personal and set in the most beautiful environment. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Rome! If you’re thinking about booking this, do it! You’ll be so happy you did. We certainly were ❤️

We had an AMAZING time cooking with Romina in the Roman countryside. The class was more than we could have ever imagined! You’re greeted with a beautiful scenic property, the warm and friendly Romina, and some caffe. From there you are invited to begin your cooking adventure making focacia bread. While it rises, you will make the egg pasta dough. There are times to take breaks and enjoy the beautiful property as well as chat with other participants. Then it’s on to making pesto and at the end tiramisu. This class is the most perfect pace. It’s easy and Romina explains everything. It’s perfect for anyone whether you have cooked before or never! Romina walks you through everything, and at the end, you get to eat the most delicious food while sampling some delicious beverages!! It is the perfect tour!

Our driver did not pick us up at the meeting point. We were 30 minutes early and waited over an Hour after the pick up time. When we called the tour operator they were unable to reach the tour owner. VERY disappointing as this was one of the highlights of our trip.

This experience was phenomenal! I enjoyed every moment of it! If you ask me im on my way to becoming the best pasta maker! Well after Romina of course lol , i can’t wait to come back!! Love From Michigan to Rome forever! 🩷

The host of this cooking class is absolutely phenomenal. They made the experience so fun, beautiful, and exciting. The scenery was to die for! Had the most amazing experience with Chief Romina. The Cooking Experience in the Roman countryside back in October 2024. It was more than I could have ever expected. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and excitement. The setting was absolutely breathtaking—an open, rustic kitchen with stunning views, perfectly designed for an unforgettable culinary experience. With 40 beautiful women from America, the energy was electric, and the food? Simply divine. Every dish we created was infused with tradition, passion, and, of course, lots of laughter. Chef Romina and her team were beyond gracious, making us feel right at home as they joined in on the fun. It wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a full experience, from kneading fresh pasta to sipping local wine, fresh vegetables and a speciality cocktail all while sharing stories and creating memories. The setup, the ambiance, the flavors—everything was perfection. I can say enough about this experience. It one that you have to experience for yourself. If you ever find yourself in Rome, this is an absolute *must-do* experience!

I can’t recommend this experience enough! This was our favourite part of the trip and some of the best food we ate. There was an abundance of food and drink. Romina was very personable and kind as well. It was well worth it!

This was one of the best experiences of our whole trip! Romina was an incredible hostess, and even better teacher. She made the class educational and fun. The dinner was delicious and so much fun! There was plenty of wine and an amazing tiramisu! I couldn’t recommend this more, book immediately!Pick up went smoothly and the drive was just 40 minutes to reach such lovely place in the country!
