Juntos, enrolaremos as mangas e criaremos pastas frescas, feitas à mão a partir do zero, tudo enquanto desfrutamos de um aperitivo romano tradicional combinado com excelentes vinhos italianos que deleitarão seus sentidos. Estou genuinamente entusiasmado em recebê-los, compartilhar histórias, risadas e sabores inesquecíveis - e criar lembranças que permanecerão com você muito tempo após a última mordida. Lidia and Federica were absolutely delightful! We were welcomed into Lidia’s home which was a beautiful respite from the busy streets of Rome. The apertivo, pasta, and tiramisu were delicious! Small group, personal, engaging. Highly recommend this experience!
This was the most amazing experience! Lydia is a true gem. Her wonderful knowledge of cooking shines through in everything that she does. The evening went so smoothly and we really enjoyed ourselves. The appertivo, the wine, the two different pastas each with their own homemade sauce and finally the tiramisu for dessert was magnificent!!! 100/10!!

We spent an unforgettable evening with Lydia and Leo. It was a great evening of sharing and discovering Italian cuisine and culture. Lydia and Leo are very welcoming and put us very easily at ease, we had a lot of fun and especially feasted! Thank you Lydia for such a beautiful evening we will not fail to recommend this activity with pleasure!
Our family had a fantastic time learning how to make Tiramisu and different types of pasta with Lidia. The location for the class was beautiful and historic in the Jewish Quarter at her residence. We started early in the evening with appetizers and wine including meats, cheeses, and Bruschetta. We then made Tiramisu, which was amazing how easy it was to learn to create such a delicious desert. After a little more wine, we eagerly learned how to make pasta using egg, flour, and a pasta making machine. Our pasta turned out wonderful. Lidia then cooked the pasta and served it with a Guanciale based tomato sauce. We also had pasta served with a cheese based sauce. We laughed and got to know Lidia well during the evening. She is a super interesting person and a wonderful host! We highly recommend this cooking class for all when you are in Rome you must do as the Romans do and learn to cook great food!
