Booked a round trip...it's only for one way now??? Also the times got screwed up on their end n almost cancelled my pick up. But the driver made up for it and great car n delivery of us to hotel

The service was not provided and I requesting my funds back. This is unacceptable that you guys take peoples money and so not provide the service.

Best price that I could find for airport transfer to our hotel near Eagle Beach. Great communication so I was never concerned that they would not show. They confirmed via text message 24 hours before, then 6 hours before and then texted and found our group. Took us directly to van, loaded up the luggage and we were quickly on our way.

Seamless/ no wait at the airport.- no long lines, comfortable air-conditioned van brought us directly to the hotel without other stops.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I Don’t RECOMMEND Made a booking and on the day no one showed up. Contacted Viator only for them to tell me that because my bookings was amended they didn’t see it as valid. Had to take an airport cab and mine u, it was cheaper. They also mentioned that my refund wasn’t possible. Mind you again, the driver usually reaches out prior to make arrangements, Still waiting. Value your money and book work another company. And I was traveling with an infant

The driver showed up. My credit card was charged, the representative at the airport said there was nothing they could do about it.

Ziggy was nothing short of amazing. She took great care of me and my family. There was some confusion with my reservation but she made sure everything went smoothly and I can’t thank her enough.
