Passaremos pelas antigas portas (Bab El Ain & Bab Souk) para o coração da cidade azul. Como sua Guia, eu vou guiá-lo através dos ruínas vibrantes, a Praça de inspiração andaluza El Haouta, e distintos bairros históricos como o bairro judeu (El Mellah) e o bairro muçulmano. Pararemos por fornos comunitários tradicionais para aprender sobre a vida diária local marroquina, laços comunitários e a rica história da coexistência religiosa da cidade.
Passaremos pela animada praça principal de Chefchaouen, cercada por cafés e pelas magníficas paredes da Kasbah. É o centro animado da cidade e um ótimo lugar para mergulhar na atmosfera local.
Pararemos para admirar o magnífico exterior desta fortaleza do século XV localizada na praça principal. Vou compartilhar a fascinante história da Kasbah, explicando suas origens defensivas contra as invasões portuguesas e seu papel crítico na fundação de Chefchaouen. (Nota: veremos apenas o impressionante exterior e arquitetura; não vamos para dentro, então não são necessários ingressos.)
Passaremos para fora das muralhas da medina para descobrir a fonte de água vital da cidade. Aqui, você pode ouvir o som calmante da água correndo, observar os moradores se reunindo tradicionalmente, e aprender sobre a importância crítica da primavera para os fundadores de Chefchaouen.
Para concluir nossa tarde, faremos uma caminhada suave de 20 minutos pela colina até esta mesquita histórica. Everything was fantastic the medina and the guide.
Zoubir is fantastic! He loves his city and showing it to people and you can tell this from the very first minute. In addition, he is gentil, kind heart, easy going and he knows a lot about history and culture of Chefchaouen and Morocco. Also he will show you the best spots. Definitely our afternoon wouldn't be that great without him. We are very grateful for having known him!
