It was informative and the staff paid a lot of attention to detail. We had a great experience with the ride and meeting the dogs.
This dog sledding tour was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our Alaska trip! The entire experience was informative, exciting, and so much fun from start to finish. Robert was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the dogs and the history of dog sledding in Alaska. The dogs were amazing, and getting to experience this firsthand was truly something we'll never forget. Everything was well organized, and we felt welcomed and taken care of the entire time.
Great experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Amazing experience! They were so knowledgeable and patient with our barrage of questions. We had a great time learning and interacting with all the dogs.
A perfect way to end our Alaska cruise! Our kids wanted one last dog sledding experience, and this exceeded our expectations. We loved meeting the dogs, cuddling the puppies, and riding around the training track. The personal stories from our musher, whose family has been involved in dog mushing since the 1940s, made it even more special. A fun, authentic experience that both the kids and adults will remember!
So glad we did this tour. It was very informative and you could tell that the couple leading the tour were passionate about dog sledding and welcomed any questions. They took us for a short ride around the track. We went during a very warm June week but the dogs were still eager to take us for a ride. We also go to hold some pups.
This was so cool! I love how we got to know about each dog, the stories were awesome! I can’t wait to do this again next time we are here. Purple was the sweetest to our 10 year old son! ❤️
Fantastic experience, loved the dogs and learning about mushing. Robert & Jay were excellent. A must do experience.
My sister and I were 2 of 4 on our tour. We learned about the use of dogs in Alaska's early days, the Iditarod, and in sled racing in general. Experiencing the "sled" ride and meeting each of our 11-dog team as well as some pups were the highlights of our trip! Very well organized and personalized! Well worth the $ !
Awesome experience being able to learn the history, see and pet the dogs, and ride in the sled. Both Robert and Jay were great. 100% recommend.
