Omar was a great captain he was very professional and fun I can’t wait to come back I will be asking for him to be our captain again

Pros - the weather was beautiful and we saw a pod of dophins. Cons - 1). be sure to ask if your captain speaks English. We could not communicate at all with the Captain. 2). It would have been nice to understand what islands we were actually seeing and learning more about the areas/homes. 3). We were often times in the wake of a large boat ahead of us and all we could smell was the exhaust fumes, we couldn't explain to the captain at all to get us out of the fumes. Nauseating. 4). It isn't really a yacht, just a large boat and for 6 people it was a bit tight. 5). Although advertised as $499 be sure you are aware of the add'l fees - it really is a $750 trip. We were aware but for the price and what we got it wasn't worth it.

We never boarded because we were not informed by the travel agent we needed our birth certificates until we flew in from Pennsylvania. Now refusing to refund our money

I am extremely upset with the service I received from this boat company. I was deliberately deceived. When I booked the boat, the total on the site said $599. When I arrived, I was told I had to pay an additional $150 for the captain, $135 for boarding, and $128 for the marina/kawa pick up and drop off, paid directly to the captain via cash, cashapp, or Zelle. I asked if $128 was all I had to pay that day and was told yes, but this was not true. The boat was not clean at all with half-empty bottles of Coke and Hawaiian punch, in the cooler of ice that was suppose to be provided for us. The captain took a smoking and napping break during our tour, in the area where our children were, making the whole experience unprofessional. I will advise anyone against doing business with them. I have rented yachts in Miami on several occasions and have never been charged extra fees outside of the one original payment. The was the worst experience. This company is a scam and their boat is not worth the money. This wasn't a yacht experience it was a run down boat experience.

We had a great time. The organizer (Joe) contacted us soon after I booked this and gave me all the details i needed. He was very helpful with my requests (we had to add an additional person) after I booked. Captain Leo was super nice and friendly, and easy to talk to. We had an awesome time. The yacht was exactly what we expected. I would definitely keep this contact for any future private yacht charters.

Great overall experience! Our captain was super nice, embarking and coming back was easy, we had a fun relax day in the waters of Miami. We booked on the night before and the next morning were sailing - I just had to go online to find their number to confirm (Viator doesn’t share phone number idk why). Super recommend and would go again for sure.

Really enjoyed our trip with Captain Ray. He was knowledgeable and flexible. We had a fun day on the water. He was able to pick us up at a marina closer to where we were staying which saved us some time. Be sure to read all of the instructions before arriving at the marina.

We were two couples, first trip to Miami, wanted to see Miami from the water as well as other in city / beach tours. The boat provided was a SeaRay Sundancer310/34 ft Small for the 4 of us. The cabin below deck smelled awful, the refrigerator was dirty and had a half bottle of open whiskey in it. The toilet had to be flushed by the captain after use. In addition, the master liability waiver you need to sign places all the liability on you regardless of fault. See Paragraph V at the end of this review on indemnification. We spoke with the rental company and were not satisfied with their response. They indicated the captain reported the smell and offered 2 extra hours free on our next trip. I recommend reading everything carefully and ensure you get in writing what you expect plus have a lawyer review the contract before signing. V. LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES - The undersigned hereby agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold harmless Yacht Owner, for all personal injuries, property damages, or any other damages to any and all third parties, including but not limited to, operators and passengers of other watercraft and minor children under the undersigned's custody, care, and control as a result of any and all activities related to the rental, operation, or use of equipment provided by Yacht Owner, even of such damages arise out of the negligence or fault of Yacht Owner.

Fun and very easy to communicate with. This bait trip was the perfect thing to add to our girls week agenda. The company was great to work with, easy to communicate with and everything was as expected.

Nothing was memorable because we were never picked up from Epic Marina after waiting over 45 min. Then we were told to Uber to Venetian marina where we waited for another 45 min. And that the captain would pick us up on pier5 we waited and was told again to go to pier 4. There was a person that let us on the pier but he didn’t speak English so I asked if he was picking 5 ladies on his boat but he was not sure and all of a sudden he tried to communicate that he was our capt. I got on the boat which was filled with ants and food on the seats! At this point my friends and I didn’t feel safe and decided that our day was ruined! In all of the years that I have used Viator, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I have asked my credit card company to dispute the charges.
