Def false advertisement!! We were over charged, left early to get back to the dock, told us we couldn’t drive the jet skis because it was going to take too much time filling out paper work, also you only get the jet ski’s for THIRTY MINUTES, also the pool at the back they said it was broken then said it was an extra fee, honestly I would recommend calling and asking questions before booking but def don’t book this place.

Your group arrived later than the scheduled departure time, which reduced the amount of time available during the charter. Because of the late arrival, there was not enough time to safely inflate and set up the floating pool before returning to the marina. The floating pool is completely free and is included with the charter whenever time and conditions allow. There is no extra charge for its use. Regarding the jet skis, our listing clearly states that two jet skis are included for 30 minutes each on qualifying charters. This information is disclosed in the listing before booking. The required paperwork and safety procedures are mandatory and are in place to comply with regulations and ensure everyone's safety. We always encourage guests to review the listing details before booking, and we're happy to answer any questions in advance. We strive to provide every guest with a great experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points.
Never got the yatch or even the boat name, little to no help once I got to the docks from this 3rd party company, almost ruin my birthday cause they did nothing for me
Horrible experience , from start to beginning. Overcharged for what you get. Advertising one thing and providing something else. We told to pay $400 worth of fuel which was way Overcharged for what we got. We told to pay $400 for crew Service which we never got. We had 1 lady on boat which never Service or assist us. She was bitter and unpleasant. Jet ski came old and broken. Very slow jet ski , one of them broke down after couple of min. On the picture Advertising a square pool mat behind the yacht which never provided. We paid for 4 hours trip end up with 3 hours. Paid 200 pick up fee from the boat peir which we came there . Why do we need to pay for them go on the boat from the peir?, wasn't it obvious ? . We came to the boat not otherwise. Horrible!.

After your charter, although we did not believe a refund was warranted under our policies, we still provided you with a **$300 goodwill refund** as a gesture of good faith because we always strive to resolve concerns fairly and professionally. We were disappointed to see this review despite our efforts to accommodate your concerns. Throughout the charter, the full service was provided as booked. At no point during the trip did you or anyone in your group express dissatisfaction or report any issues to the captain or crew, which would have given us the opportunity to address them immediately. All of the complaints were raised only after the charter had concluded. Regarding the additional charges, all third-party fees—including fuel, crew, and the marina pick-up fee—are clearly disclosed in the listing and again before booking is finalized. These are standard operational costs and are never hidden from our guests. Regarding the floating pool, it was not deployed because your group departed later than scheduled while waiting for the remaining members of your party to arrive. Due to the delayed departure, there was unfortunately not enough time to safely set up and enjoy the floating pool while still completing the planned itinerary. We also took your comments about the jet skis seriously and immediately investigated them. We requested photos or other evidence of the "old" or "broken" jet skis you described, but none could be provided. We were therefore unable to verify those claims. Nevertheless, we continue to inspect and maintain all of our equipment to ensure it meets our standards. As for the crew, we are sorry that you felt the service did not meet your expectations. We will certainly review your comments with the team, as providing attentive and professional service is very important to us. Finally, we would like future guests to understand that this is a **private luxury yacht charter** reserved exclusively for one group. The price reflects the exclusive use of the yacht, privacy, professional crew, and luxury experience—not a shared excursion. We work hard to provide a premium experience and believe the value of our charters is reflected in the many positive reviews we have received. We respect every guest's opinion, but we do not believe this review accurately reflects the service that was provided or the efforts we made to resolve your concerns, including the **$300 goodwill refund** we voluntarily issued after your charter.
