Amazing service and unique experience. Really worth it, professional pictures and guide during photo session.
Our time was 10:00 didn’t open till 10:00 door was not opened til right at 10. Had to wait 45 min before getting dressed. The staff was friendly. Get one free digital photo from the experience. We could have walked around town for 3 hours. And taken advantage of rental. Friend did not want to walk around in the shoes. Deducted stars due to the wait.
I'm so sorry. Despite having a busy reservation schedule that day, one staff member called in sick, resulting in a long wait time. I truly feel terrible for wasting your precious overseas travel time. At the very least, I should have properly explained the situation. Finally, as an apology, I intended to send all the photos via AirDrop, but I'm also sorry that an error occurred and I couldn't deliver them. I'm also sorry that the main staff member was off, causing delays in preparations and making the morning setup take longer.
Very nice experience. They took their time to capture the right shot. They dressed us up very well and made us look spectacular !
