Exploração guiada de Akchour Waterfalls

This was truly the best day spent around chefchaouen. I connected with Mohamed last minute when my plans had fallen through and we went to Akchour the same day. In the end I’m grateful my plans fell apart because it allowed me to have this experience instead. He gave me a couple route options to chose from and I chose the one less travelled. NGL it was hard in the heat on an empty stomach but it was worth it! When we finally got passed the mountain ridges and open fields we reached a camp in the middle of nowhere where a farmer had his mid kitchen set up, we took a break here where we had tea, ate some lunch, and went for a dip before travelling down the river to all types of completely empty swimming holes. Along the mountain ridges we passed no one, along the river we passed people maybe twice until we finally reached the areas where tourists and locals swam. By the time we’d reached this area the crowds had died down because it was late in the afternoon. The little set ups of kitchens and tables for locals and tourists to hang out around, swim, play cards, etc were charming to see on the way out but the way down was the true gem. Mohamed actually MADE my experience in this area of Morocco and I don’t believe it would have been the same had I not have found him. Besides him knowing the best spots, he was kind, friendly, respectful, and while hiking he pushed me when he knew he could and he let me rest when he knew I wouldn’t budge haha good banter along the way and he also looked out for my footing and safety along the way. Couldn’t possibly give a higher recommendation than his tours!

We decided to explore this wonderful place together with a local person, our guide Mohamed. It was a fantastic experience, beautiful place, nature still untouched and our guide, a special person, kind, very attentive to our needs and who made us live an unforgettable day. Mohammed provided us an amaizing guided tour to God's Bridge. He was always very helpful and attentive, helping my wife passing through the rough and slipping margins of the rivulet. It is an experience to remember. Mohammed is a nice educated person, wise, a very fine travel companion. We strongly recommend him and will defenitely call him again next summer.

I highly recommend this experience. The nature there is spectacular, and Mohamed is a very experienced guide who shows you the best spots for swimming and having a nice hike. He's very nice and professional. A must do if you’re around the area :)

This is the best for nature lovers. The guide is a real local expert, we enjoyed the beauty of the waterfall and the cristal clear water (with very few people around). This is super safe, perfect length, good vibes… Really worth the price! We loved it.
