Booked a ride from the airport to my hotel. Not knowing the local circumstances and not speaking Chinese I preferred a safe way to get picked up and transferred. After booking and receiving the confirmation I got contacted personally by the service provider and the details I had provided like flight, arrival time, sign which will be shown, hotel address where confirmed and further info provided. What a service. Liked it a lot and never experienced it before. Very professional. Not the first time I have booked a pick up at an airport, but this one outrank all others regarding communication and clarification. Everything proceeded very well when I arrived at Chongqing airport. The driver has shown the sign, was very friendly, the car very clean and really large, could have brought further suitcases except my two large ones or further persons. The driver knew my hotel address, did not have to tell him, and brought me directly there. An evidence that he got informed properly as well beforehand. Can really recommend to book this service. Best ever. Felt really save and cared for. Would rate with more then 5 stars if possible.
