Our driver D was very impressive. He was communicative and flexible as we negotiated getting off a cruise ship with a lot of unknowns. His van was meticulously maintained. He was an excellent driver and we appreciated his professionalism.
1st time customer. Transportation needed from airport to hotel. VIATOR was very communicative in reaching out to me the day of, and arriving at the airport early(as they knew the flight landed early). We had to file a lost luggage claim and the driver patiently waited. He was polite and answered our questions readily that we asked about the city.
Spectacular service! Highly recommend. The owner went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic trip. I had booked a hotel for my parents and it was in a very bad neighborhood. The owner informed me of the type of neighborhood and went out of his way to help me find a new hotel in a safe neighborhood. I can't say enough about how fantastic this experience has been. Their driver even made a side trip so they could grab a bite to eat on their way to their hotel after a six hour flight.
Chris, our driver, was excellent! Great communication regarding pick up details. Professional and friendly. Completely stress free!
We had to wait 30 minutes for our private car to pick us up. The drivers personal cell number would have been beneficial, so we could speak to him personally
One phone call to the driver Mohamed as I exited the terminal and he was waiting for me. On the way to the hotel we drove thru town with Mohamed commenting on some of the views.

Best transport Ever!!! Our flight was 4 hours late and only had 1 hour to catch our cruise ship. They met us as we walked out doors with our luggage and got us to our cruise ASAP. They saved the day. Will use them every time we come back for sure.

We scheduled a car. The driver was very punctual, helped us with our bags and got us to our destination safely. Great service.
We had a nice ride from our cruise ship to the airport! The ride felt luxurious! The driver was nice; he talked, but not too much so we could still converse. I would definitely schedule this driver & vehicle again!
