We reserved and paid for a van, but was given a regular car. The van was more expensive than the car but we were not refunded the price difference.

What an easy way to travel. In a clean air conditioned vehicle with a driver who was great at showing us some of the sights on the way. From the lotus fields to the ancient Kampong Kdei Bridge our driver was fun, courteous and attentive to our needs all the way.

I booked a transfer for three people from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The service could not have been better and was an excellent price. Communication beforehand was very good and our driver arrived before the specified time. We were transported in a very spacious minibus with air con and reclining seats. It was new and spotless, and was so comfortable that we all slept for most of the journey! We felt safe as the driver was very careful, especially when contending with a big storm on the way and the crazy streets of Phnom Penh! I would 100% recommend this service.
