Toby (my guide) and Dawa (my driver) make a fantastic team. They were absolutely exceptional throughout my private Bhutan trip. Their years of working together and experience hosting tourists made for a relaxed, engaging & educatual trip!!! From the moment I arrived, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly well-organized, which made the entire journey feel seamless and stress-free. Toby went out of his way to be identitfied at the airport with his big smile and friendly demeaner standing at the front to ensure he is not missed, which was appreciated being the first one off the plane after 48 hours to get to Bhutan! Toby’s knowledge was outstanding too and his paison to explain 'all' at each sight was exceptional - he brought Bhutan’s history, culture, and traditions to life in such an engaging and thoughtful way. He was always happy to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure I truly understood and appreciated each place visited. Dawa was just as impressive. His driving was safe, smooth, and reliable, even on Bhutan’s winding mountain roads. I always felt completely at ease, and his calm, friendly presence added so much to the experience. He too was very knowlegable and would check in to ensure all was well. Together, they made a fantastic team—attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had the best possible trip. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Thanks to Toby and Dawa, my Bhutan experience was not only well-organized but truly unforgettable!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a visit and I have already recommended them to friends & travel contacts I made over the years.

They gave us a fantastic tour. The tour was excellent overall, with everything planned out perfectly. Our driver Penjor and guide Mr. Tashi looked after us well, and our guide was highly knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the hotel was immaculate. The tour bus was comfy and immaculate. The tour was amazing all around. I would advise anyone interested in visiting Bhutan to get in touch with them; they can simply set up an amazing trip.
It was an amazing experience with Samlha tour and travel. My next visit to Bhutan will be again undoubtedly with Samlha. The owner of Samlha Mr.Ngawang and team ensured perfect organising of tour. Me and my son overall felt a very comfortable and safe all through our. Tobgay, driver was nice. Right from picking us from india side airport until dropping us back was seamless planning and execution! Even their packages are competitive in terms of pricing. Best part is Mr.Ngawang who was just a call away, gave great suggestions and possess a good customer experience driven mindset.
