The booking experience was good as Ms. Tshering Choden provided us will many options and was quick and flexible with changes. Once we decided the specific itinerary, she was efficient in carrying out all the operational formalities within time. Once the tour started, we were really in for an amazing time. Mr. Sangay Nidup, or guide set the tone for our expectations the minute he met us - he first asked if we had any dietary preferences, which we did (vegetarian). He arranged the food as per our preference and was was really prompt everyday. He also explained a lot of Bhutanese history and culture in detail and left us longing to come back to Bhutan for another holiday. He arranged a lot of curated experiences for us like lunch on the riverside at Punakha and at a farm in Paro. The choice of operator for white water rafting was also great. Our driver Prakash Rana was also great - Good courtesy and driving skills. He was also very helpful, specifically for using his bank account for making a payment on behalf of us. Overall it was really an enjoyable experience!

Our bhutan trip was wonderful and a very memorable one. We enjoyed the beautiful scenic views, the monasteries and the bhutanese culture. The people of bhutan are very warm and welcoming. The itinerary was well planned and relaxed. We visited most of the places as per the itenery, except the last day at Paro where rain spoilt our plans. A special thanks to our young and enthusiastic guide Sangay Nidup and driver Prakash Rana who made our trip enjoyable. They were very helpful and patient throughout the trip. They made our trip more memorable by arranging for lunch at a local bhutanese farm house. The experience was amazing. They made the whole trip very joyous and hassle free. Overall it was beautiful destination and we will definitely recommend this to people who are looking for a great holiday. We are returning home with beautiful memories and a very strong desire to come back.

Loved the arrangements and itenary made by Shiva of Heavenly Bhutan and Journey & Beyond. Our Guide Somnath and our pilot Phub were outstanding and very helpful in all aspects. They both made sure we were comfortable and enjoy every minute of our stay.

Our 7D/6N was handled so perfectly by Heavenly Bhutan, and I 10/10 recommend them. Especially our guide Sonam Penjor, and driver Nima. We were a group of 5 girls- they were both so patient, accommodating, made us feel so comfortable and at home. Sonam kept us informed and lively throughout our trip with his knowledge, his banter, his encouragement. A special mention to how resourceful and quick on feet they were, when the weather brought unexpected hiccups. Heavenly Bhutan beautifully helped us customise our preferred itinerary, even though it wasn't in the typical order. Thank you for the beautiful experience!

We booked our girls’ trip with Heavenly Bhutan and had the best time! Our guide Sonam Penjore and driver Nima were genuinely the sweetest and most helpful. They were always willing to accommodate our requests and made sure we didn’t miss out on anything, even when roadblocks and landslides forced us to change our itinerary. The trip was made even more fun with Sonam’s jokes and Nima’s shyness 😂. Best company to have on a roadtrip! Highly, highly recommend Heavenly Bhutan, especially if you get Sonam and Nima! We had an absolutely wonderful 8D7N experience in Bhutan, and a huge part of what made the trip so special was our incredible guides, Ram and Jimmy sir. Guide Ram was extremely fun, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to know everything about anything! You could literally ask him anything ( dzongs, the economy, birds, education, cows...) and he would happily answer them. He shared so much about Bhutan’s history, culture, traditions, people and way of life, which gave us a much deeper appreciation of the country. What struck us most was how genuinely passionate he was about sharing his country with us. He was also a wonderful storyteller and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Jimmy , our co-guide and driver, was just such a lovely and warm person to have around. His calm and reassuring presence made us feel safe throughout the journey, and he somehow made even the long drives feel easy and pleasant. He was always patient, kind and thoughtful in maneuvering the vehicle, making sure we were all ok. We really enjoyed his company and his sturdy, dependable nature was such a comfort. Ram and Jimmy had such a great dynamic and worked so well together. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and well taken care of, making the whole trip feel effortless for us. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better pairing. Bhutan itself is beautiful, peaceful and authentic. Looking back, what made this trip memorable wasn’t just the beauty of Bhutan, but the people who shared it with us. A huge thank you to Ram and Jimmy for being such a wonderful part of our journey. We feel very lucky to have had you both with us.
