Peru sites were absolutely atrocious. First of all, they describe their activities as a tour…it is not a tour in the slightest. They book you onto random agencies, and WhatsApp you to tell you where to go to meet the groups. This information would often come extremely last minute e.g. 10 o’clock at night telling you that you need to be up at 5.30am the next morning. They also completely messed up our booking so we did everything in the wrong order and had no time to acclimatise. The woman we were whatsapping was extremely rude and unhelpful, often not answering questions and just ignoring us. They also got loads of details wrong on our Machu Piccu entrance tickets e.g. stating we were born 20 years later than we actually were, and getting our passport numbers wrong which caused lots of stress. Absolutely terrible company, DO NOT USE
Super recommended are super professional, very punctual and fully comply with what they offer, our experience was spectacular and far exceeded our expectations, many thanks to the staff, Mrs. Rosa and Mrs. Lissette for always watching and responding immediately to our inquiries!!!
An unforgettable experience, accompaniment at all times. I would only recommend that tickets be printed on the entire sheet, as they are barely visible.
