We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views from our suite were absolutely spectacular, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Pelican resort is in a great location. The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax. We would definitely book this suite again and highly recommend it to others. One suggestion that could make the guest experience even better would be to offer beach towels like most resorts. Along with inexpensive beach chairs/umbrella and collapsible wagons. With a replacement fee if lost or destroyed. This would be a wonderful convenience for travelers, eliminating the need to purchase these items for a short stay and then leave them behind at the end of their vacation. It would be a practical, eco-friendly amenity that many guests would truly appreciate.

Its definitely worth it. The waters were shallow, lily pads were super fun. The crew members were great.

Captain was very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Crab Island was practically brown on the day we visited :( But the crew and experience still great!

I've been on a few crab island shuttles before and this was the best so far. Friendly crew, tubes, and several floating pads to relax on. You can bring your own beverages and snacks. If you want something from a food vendor they can call them over to the boat so you do not have to go to them. Great shuttle for the price!

Great time! You are on a boat with others until you dock at crab island and return. Water is available. Limited floats etc. However ultimately really good time.

We had a group of four friends, ages 30-40 and had a great time. The captains played music and our requests the whole trip and made everyone feel like friends. Our group brought a blow up beer pong inflatable and had blast. Would highly recommend instead of spending $900 a day to rent a boat. We cancelled our boat booking to take this trip and so glad we did. Much more affordable and don’t have to worry about drinking and driving. :))

The boat that took us to crab island was very spacious. We traveled as a family with our 3 year old. We took our own inflatables and just inflated them once we were there. I recommend doing this as they have only a few inflatables to share with everyone on the boat. We also snacks to munch on but you can get just about anything out there . There was chick fil a , Pizza Hut, burgers , snow cone and just about anything you can think of . We all had a really good time and would book again with Destin snorkel . (Flamingo inflatable is tour guides )

They transported us there and back safely. Limited floats/yubes so bring your own. Crab Island is what you make it!

We didn’t get to go to crab island, we arrived at 1:49 but wasn’t aware that they stopped checking people in 15 minutes before departure at 2:00. Also, we were told that the boat had been gone 5 minutes when we arrived. Very poor communication. We were on vacation and were expecting to experience crab island. We were offered to come back the next day but we were leaving in the morning. So, I inquired about other options…we decided to take the dolphin viewing and shelling ride. The guys hosting (Will and Jeff) were awesome! But, She just transferred the trips over and I lost $70. Was very disappointed. Seeing that I was on vacation, I didn’t have $70 to just give away. Also, I was informed that we were group #16 to miss the boat that day. Something needs to be looked into and done about the boats leaving 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
