Her knowledge for the symbols and meaning and the people that died there fascinating. Just imagine yourself walking in the crypt of old ancient Jewish people like Virginia. You have to have special permission to see this place and the place is special. A place that needs your respect if you decide to visit. This is a special tour don’t take it lightly or for granted. It's an amazing experience that helps you understand Rome from a completely different standpoint than the forum, the Coliseum, or the Vatican. Perhaps not as visually striking, but more emotional and in some ways, more memorable. Sara was an incredible guide, of uncommon breadth of knowledge on many topics, which she delivered in a warm, engaging manner of a trusted friend rather than a learned professor. On our 10th more visit to the city, this was the highlight of the trip.

She even offered to remain a resource for us for the rest of our time in Rome, which speaks volumes about her care, professionalism, and love for the subject.
