This was an excellent way to get an overall view of the island especially if you've never been there before. The tour covered all the main towns on the island and the main attractions which weren't located in the towns. Our guide, Spencer, was an absolute wealth of knowledge as he was not only a native of Martha's Vineyard but also well educated in all the areas related to the tour. The tour actually took a bit more than 3 hours but it was time very well spent. This tour is a must if you're a first time visitor to the island.
Tour was supposed to have two stops. People showed up late and the driver waited over 10 minutes for them to show up. We were on time and thought this delay would add time to the end, but the driver decided to save time by skipping the second stop and ended it on time. So a 3 hour, 2 stop tour only ended up being 2hr 45 min, 1 stop tour. When I asked why we didn't stop at the second stop like listed in their itinerary, the driver said he was worried about traffic since he left late because of the 2 late people. Said I could've walked to the lighthouse from the cliffs in the 15 minutes they gave me, but it would've been 12 minutes round trip walking giving me 3 minutes of viewing time for the cliffs and lighthouse. How is that fair since I showed up on time? So I got screwed because people were late and the driver decided to not leave on time and give us the full tour we paid for. Contacted the office after the tour and they didn't care that the driver didn't stop at the second stop. So I'd skip this ripoff tour company and book with someone else. And if you do, don't let them leave late. Tour sucked anyways.
Wow! What an amazing tour! Matt was fantastic, so knowledgeable and had such great stories about the island, great history descriptions and super fun celebrity little fun facts that my teenage daughters ( and myself) loved. We felt like we saw the entire island after this tour. Highly recommend for first time visitors. Bravo Matt! Thanks for a great trip today!
Our guide Bart was very knowledgeable and very entertaining. He has lived here forever and was a wealth of good information. You get to see the whole island on this tour. As this was our first trip, it was just what we wanted. Excellent!
Loved the 3hr tour with Troy! My friend and I liked the fact that he lives on the island & loves the island & telling its many stories. I came away feeling that the island, even with some of the issues faced there, is a nice place to live, not just an island for the rich & famous.
This was a great tour! Our driver Troy was very knowledgeable and informative! The stop at Aquinnah Cliffs was everything and the view was amazing!

Great tour and explanations of the island. I loved the stops and we had enough time at each. The van travelled a bit too fast to get pics of those areas we didn’t stop at and I can usually do pretty good with that. Overall it is a tour worth taking and our guide was responsive to questions.
Sam our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a sense of humor. He answered questions from guests with humor and patience. It was nice to be on a tour as a small group (8 in total). Also, we didn’t feel rushed
